kensto: I was having an argument with my wife over an issue which she was at fault. I angryly left the house to cool temper. I later came back and asked for my food ,she ignored me. I went to the kitchen to take my food, opened the pot to take the food. She came from where she was staying walked to the kitchen and closed the pot and then slapped me saying "how dare you touch my pot". I just stood there for some minutes wondering what i would do to her. Please tell me what to do.

lynk106: You are very dumb. If you live in a progressive country or state, homosexuality is 10000x better than in Naija.
Scandinavian countries for example (Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland etc) are more progressive than in southern europe (Italy, Portugal, Spain, Greece etc)
In the USA, the northern states are more progressive than the southern states. If you live in a backward, southern, republican state Alabama, Texas or Mississippi, then I can understand why you believe that homosexuality isn't accepted by the general public. But if you live in a state like Washington or Massachusetts or Iowa or New York then you must be out of your mind to think gays are outcasts. LOL they are NOT. Homophobes like you will not be able to survive in urban cities of progressive states.

Seun: Every time I meet with our human resources mod to discuss who to appoint, he starts trying to convince me to follow his direction instead of following my direction. I find that to be very irritating so I have been ignoring him for some time. We need to find a way to resolve this soon.

Why don't you do a trial? Like an audition. . .where 4 volunteer/finalists mod for a day or a week, and then you or a pre-selected group of regular posters for a specific section make a selection. The only problem is, those that get eliminated might get their feelings hurt.

About the "group," I think it is about time you have a board of regular posters, sort of like an advisory committee, to weigh in on some of the stuff going on behind the scenes.
