Yes, Ability to pay her bills, but the bills in question are not hers according to her.

The bill was for a service she didnt use, which was nicu. She said her baby didnt go to nicu. So she is thinking sorting it out when she travels instead of paying for what she didnt use.

Her mistake was not following it up and thrashing it then and there, or either calling or mailing them from Nigeria to sort it out, before now.

pls i need information from the house and would be most glad if i can be informed. so i got my visa nov 2015 and went on holiday like i said i would spent four weeks and returned. in march i got pregnant and traveeled in sept at poe i was asked and declared what i was comingbto do which was give birth nd produced the zero balance on my drs bill which i had. i was allowed in no hassles. i had my baby and there were some descripancies with my bill like i was charged for services not used such as nicu. it took d hospital forever to get back and still bill cost stayed the same. the bill was 8500 for me of which i have payed 7k. now i want to renew for drop box i am not pregnant but going on holiday with my family. should i be worried?? do i pay the balance and hope i am not called in for interview or i didnt pay d balance in d hope that when i get to the us once bill is disputed i can pay d difference if any at all. would i be denied?? so worried thanks all

i checked crs my points were 382 though my wes wasnt included as a factor also hubbys wes and ielts wasnt added up. i got the 50 extra points for high ielts score i noticed.

to my questions
1. i did my ielts two weeks ago, i just tried checking results now and my exam date is on there but IT(PORTAL) keeps saying no results though at the exam hall they said it would be released around the 12th of may?? does that mean i wait till 12 midnight to check or whats wrong

2. i am the principal applicant due to age and plus i have a masters giving me an edge above my husband. we have two properties worth about 20m each here in lagos but in my spouses name. my husband also has about 3.5m in his pension funds account. my question is manitoba pnp allows property as pof/ so with these how much more do we need in cash

3. if i dont do a pnp, if i gun for ee with my results hopefully top notch and a good score can we still use our properties or we sell them?? and fix the funds? or cic dont accept properties too

I know exactly how you feel, the only difference is I knew early what I was dealing with. Please first things first don't rely on Dr's info alone whatever they call it read as much as you can. It's ok you in the US there is always research. On something or the other going on. It can sound daunting don't be discouraged. My hope was that I had a big God a very big God who could do all he said he would do and do more. I rem when I had to do rectal washouts for my son, they told me daily I did it at least 3 times a day I was adamant I won't carry a dead son home I would be praying and telling the baby while doing the washouts he wld go home he wnt die in this land I used to confess positive even with tears. Every morning afternoon night call your son lay your hands on him nd confess positive no matter what they find! God will take control even if it means an operation! Surgeon Jesus would do it. I was shattered when they got a diagnosis and said my son would still do the operation I thought God didn't answer my prayers But I know now that he had to have the operation so all glory can go to him. Call the prayer lines you know in the US. Devil is a bastard and he has lost don't be despaired! I know your son is alright infact he is healed! Listen carefully to the Dr's ask all d questions you need to ask even if not necessary. His surgeons and paediatric Dr's call me over information mum I don't care I read and read so when they talking I start reeling out info like am a dr too so nobody wld tell me rubbish and say na mistake afterwards. I can't deal with that! Above all guess what God got your back! Dis thing your son has look at all d symptoms online check if there any support groups for parents were u can ask question from others and compare. Don't worry yourself God has taken control you came with one and an intending one on d way by the grace of God the almighty God who said AMEN to all our prayers you would leave with two kids. Whatever they find won't hamper your child's life infact it shall make him better. They say great kids are the ones who have this setbacks cause the devil knows he can't touch their destiny. So flew qatar airways got a 8.5 Hr layover so we checked in to the hotel in the airport. We started the journey to the US this morning and no us rep disturbed me or asked questions I was flying into IAD- dulles. We landed and the que na die, so transcript goes

ME: helloooo how are you in *my best British accent ever..lol
CBP: am fyne, he takes my son's passport and looks at his face
Then goes so why are you here.
Me: childbirth and vacation
CBP: Oh you pregnant and I push forward my tummy well though I was wearing a maxi dress
Me: Yes I am
CBP: do u have a doctor which I replied yes with receipts do you want to see and he said I would want to. I hand him over the envelope which includes zero balance from my doctor, the pos receipt then a letter stating he is my dr and I have paid xx amount of money to him and my hospital bills are seperate and be paid after delivery.
CBP: so what is the estimate he gave you which I answered and he acknowledged that is true as it could be less or more due to whatever I use as service
CBP: okay scan your right finger and the rest is history. Writes TWO on my immigration form and asks I proceed to baggage check.

Now I got porters to help this is what he said: he looked at my form and said thank God I wld be going out straight that if they write A on your form that is agric, if it's B it means secondry inspection and two or other number depends on amount of pple travelling together you free to go. So in all I had no secondry inspection oh forgot he asked how much I had and I told him as well. He aslo asked if hubby would be coming I said yes when d baby is due but for now he is busy at work. Am fagged out and tired! In all like it's preached here be honest, I think a form of payment is always veryy good too rather than correspondence letters. The zero balance from the Dr helped I saw his acknowledged look wen he even saw the POS receipts. so na to chilax and sleep then baby shopping I guess. No stress sory for any typos make una no vex

My family flew Qatar a couple of weeks ago.
We were 5 in number (including the baby). Our transit period was 14 hours but we had hotel lodging sorted by Qatar.
The caveat is: if you bought the economy promo option, you won't get free lodging.
My mum and I bought the regular economy option, while DH and other child were on the promo option so they didn't get free rooms.
I requested the twin bed room and we all shared the room.
We had a free meal ticket to($300- at $100 per person)
All in all, it was a good trip.

Yes I think it's starts with class N but then you can Google it up though. Then your agent should have booked your hotel and meal vouchers as you bought your tickets. I got mine with my ticket. So call Qatar or your agents. Oh also toqualify toqualify waiting times have to b 8hours and more.

I also took the liberty of checking on the reviews of Prince George county hospital and I'm alarmed. Not to get you apprehensive but please find out more about the hospital. My sis used holy cross and she got her bill after delivery which was settled as well. i am using PG county in cheverly and estimate is about 7k-10k CS mother and child. and about 5k-7k for vaginal well so i was told. i dont know where you staying sha. my doctor only has privileges in that hospital so I no bother find another between with my research so far, the hospital is the cheapest i found from holy cross to adventis and more.

My dear, I intend to fly Qatar too and will be entering via IAD. I'm hoping to have a wonderdful POE experience as well. Please ensure that you complete your Medif Form at least a week before you fly(If you're travelling after 28 weeks)and note that Qatar doesn't take expectant mums after 35 weeks, so plan ahead.

Also, if it's possible to pay ahead then go ahead and do that and just save yourself stress as most people who prepaid hardly have issues at the point of entry. Anyways have a safe trip and please share your POE experience once your mission is accomplished!

Oh i never knew of the medif form, thanks and i am travelling at 26 weeks on the dot so i doubt ill still need that would i? ill be well rested by Gods grace when i land cause i am getting booked into a hotel for my layover so i go face the 14hrs no shaking by Gods grace. I pray for divine favour, unmerited grace for you too in jesus name and you would be fine infact all traveling mums. Also like i said i have paid Dr full amount he requested and my reciept has 0 bal on it. in his letter he wrote that the hospital fee is to be paid after delivery. so i guess that settles why i didn't make a deposit. he said if i did i might end up paying more but of course use the service and then pay for the actual stuffs you used makes sense, ill also be holding the estimated with me and more God willing it would be a breeze. are you using a maryland hospital?

Hi! I came in thru Dulles airport at the beginning of Aug,you could check my posts and read my POE experience so you could learn a thing or two from there.You have to be prepared! Most times they send preggie mums for secondary inspection and you have to be ready for any question thrown at you with burden of proof.So please brace up, fret not and gain some confidence!All the best!

Adommum just read your experience trully amazing. The am fyling with Qatar. Where there a lot of preggy mums on your flight. Na wa oo I'll definately take a letter from my hubby's office and his statement. Them ill ask my mum to write me a letter as well and a copy of the companies statement. Would that suffice? I am a freelancer and maybe my sis should write a letter as well stating how much funds I have with her. I think the key is be prepared! Odikwa not easy at all at all! Funny thing is my other sister was stopped in Atlanta. A year ago they asked for funds she told them what she had and a recipt from hospital saying she had paid 3k to them after 30 mins they let her go. Thank you for the breakdown. 1. I have seen some washington Dulles POE stories recently. Luckily, they have identified themselves

2. one cannot say one will have or not have issues but what we can do . But what we can do is fulfill ALL righteousness so when the enemies come like a flood, the Lord will raise a standard against them. Your visa was gotten for vacation which has been utilised for that. COI Letter has lost its value and will be a surplussage however too much still remains better than too less. Its just an email, please send it AND don't copy the standard format. Write as you have written here, the reason you intend to birth in the US. You don't know the skoin skoin head person u may meet.

3. Carry your burden of proof-Medical reports and proof of Funds. Don't fidget. Answer all your questions. It is not a crime to birth in the US. It is not a crime to seek for better opportunities. All those CBPs with Santiago and Cruz as their name, no be mexico their papa dem from come?

4. Now though u didn't raise this issue , I will. For you to mull over and get prepared if the question arises. What are the possible medical interventions that can be given to the new baby if God forbid there are issues? If those issues arise, do you have the funds to handle those treatments or will u fall back on medicaid or charity?

Thank you very Much LadyG. Let me explain hirschprungs Disease is such that it involves Total, near Total colonic malfunction. So most times this baby born does not poo within 48 hours of birth. That means that part or section of the large,small or all the intestines does not have the cells required to push body waste out. Now if not detected early this could lead to perforation of the intestines and of course we know wat can happen with that. In naija, because of our bakward thinking if the child don't poo use Robb, use hot water put stick drink orange even Dr's no too sure they rarely detect until the child is 1 or over as such the child's life is at stake and I can go on most times my paed said it's too late for the child so dey insert a stoma in the tummy for the child to poo through. I reject this in Jesus name for any one!

With my son, in 48hrs h was detected by the 7th week with God's glory and Dr Jesus his operation was successful not unless I tell you would you know at a time he was ever backed up with stool. My mum was with me at the time and I know she was my Rock I don't know wat would have happened to me prolly heart attack sef.


My reason is mums not as strong as she was she is elderly and plus it's high peak for the business now so my senior sis would be there Just in case I reject it though if it occurs again. In terms of funds certainly yes I can cover the cost if it happens again I would never accept state bailout knowing the implications. I just want somewere I. Can trust their judgment one of the reasons I choose a hospital with nicu stage 3 or so and it's close to a children's hospital. PG county hospital in Maryland. My Dr is Dr chaudry and I just researched him outrightly nd my sis maid payments.


Should I hold my bank statements + hubby's, letter from his office stating position nd salary. Letter from hubby stating he is sponsoring the trip and has available funds? I would be having about 5k on my card plus another 4k in cash I have about 2k with my sister as well. And if I need more it can be made available. My worst fear is I hate pressure u know dose kind of people who can die even before death comes knocking am thier president.lol I can think of one million possible scenario in my head in one second. Medical reports should I also get a letter from my son's paed stating his condition and why am best advised to have d baby outside Nigeria. Lady G, goodevening i actually salute your knowledge and ability to tell it the way it is. let me just state i have been reading and reading this forum for months now and i have never commented. so before NL bullies come for me, let me explain its cause i had nothing to share as such. i just read to increase knowledge and also research. please Lady G i have a few questions dont know if you would be able to help. with all i am reading online of them deporting pregos here and there my mind isnt at rest. I got my visa last year and i visited the us with my son and nephew. we stayed at my sisters. i had my son in england, and he Had hirschsprung's disease we had the operations there and there and to God be the glory i have the best toddler anyone could ask for. in between then and now i have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism and of course previous CS. now the reason i choose the usa is because
1. i was told my enemy's second child has a 50/50 chance of having another child with this disease, and when i researched about it there was a lot of support groups in the us and all
2. my mum wnt be available and my sister would be there in the us
3. well the citizenship na who no want better future for their pikin
4. overall i just want somewhere i know the dr would know what to do to my child if anything happens as naija mortality rate for the disease is 0, it is always diagnosed late and God forbid my enemy buries her child. ijn(amen)

please i just want to know if my enemy go get issue, I have paid my Dr in full and i have receipts plus correspondence from him saying he has taken me on and have paid in full nil balance. i would be holding about 6000 dollars with me and then the remaining on my bank card. i also have some dollars in the USa. i am travelling with my son as well and would be landing at washington dulles airport. i haven't read anything about that airport here on this thread na so so houston, from your knowledge its best to just state the obvious though i would be travelling at 26 weeks. should i just say i want a better life for my child and also cause of the disease or just say childbirth wen asked y the Us of A as well. i fret easily and all this things i don read for here no gree me sleep. so it would be my second time of using my visa. or should i just email the US embassy that i am going too give birth to notify?
