Yea too many debuts disjointed the team , heard ebi and asisat are likely to play against Portugal is that true ? BascoVanVeli: IMO she did good. Very confident on the ball and found good passes.
I don't think he got it wrong. All of them were new to each other so it would have never been easy. Alozie and Okoronkwo should definitely start the next match |

I was surprised people criticize her here , I can only blame the coach for getting his selection wrong BascoVanVeli: Ajibade had one of her best games yet. |

Payne is a sure starter , super eagles JohnBullMySon: Some of these new girls are quality. That kinda false 9 wearing 5 plays well, but is sluggish at times. Zogg is a great defender, but I don't know if she can head balls. Payne is good enough for the SE bench sef. |

I mean she was holding up the play very well BascoVanVeli: Very annoying situation. I hope he has a good reason why. She was pressing hard for the team even without service. |

She will be more stunning in the full home kit i can't wait for tomorrow JohnBullMySon: Reminds me of a certain Karchaoui or something, who played for France at the last World Cup. That lady was like a flower on the pitch. My friends would watch France games with me then, waiting eagerly for her to be subbed in. |

With the two regular center back out atleast we can watch zogg make a full debut i hope she impressed and lockdown a shirt PDPGuy: With some of our star players not available for this week’s tournament, I fear the SF may be victims of a rout by the world champions. |

We have hearing they ave been cleared close to 2 years now pls let us focus on what we have now PurpleHouse: I hear Ejiaria and Lookman has been cleared by fifa. Perhaps we'll see what the old man can do with them subsequently. I've long lost interest in this present team coached by low-budget Wenga. |

The coach should have put some players on standby list Schemerkhiz: Patricia George and Halimatu Ayinde will be absent from the tournament in USA due to Injury .. |
Sports › Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by isan(m): 9:24pm On May 31, 2021 |
Who will pair chikwelu in the mildfield now Schemerkhiz: SERIOUS KNEE INJURY FOR AYINDE Inner midfielder Halimatu Ayinde injured herself in the away match against Häcken just over a week ago. Now the news has come and it is clear that the Nigerian will miss the rest of the season.
We got to know her as a very strong ball winner in the inner midfield and last season she convinced so much that she was crowned United Player of the Year.
But in a somewhat strange random situation against the champion team Häcken in the OBOS Damallsvenskan last Saturday, Halimatu ended up wrong and that it was serious was seen quickly when even an opponent directly waved for assistance from the bench.
After undergoing a magnetic X-ray examination, the news came about the nature of the injury and as feared, it will be a long time away from football for our star. It has been shown that the anterior cruciate ligament and the meniscus are damaged in the knee. This means that surgery is necessary and it is followed by a long rehabilitation. So the appearance in the sixth round was Halimatu Ayinde's last in 2021.
Of course, we wish Halimatu Ayinde good luck with the operation and then the fight to return to a role as a strong force in the central midfield. |
