OBI can remove the taxes when he becomes the president and print money to run his government.......
Brendaniel:
For those hailing Tinubu's tax reforms, hope you people are happy?

You compare Nigeria tax system with that of UK and US but will never compare the minimum wage nor the essential services the government provides in return, then the type of leaders that are accountable with governance in general, well like I do say, una eyes go clear, you support a thief and criminal to be increasing and collecting tax from you and think the thief will use it to make your country better?

If Nigeria win 1-0 ... Goal scored will be tied on +12 ...Goal difference will also be tied on +4 ...goal conceded will be tied on 8...
yinkeys:
It’s goals scored before H2H
Can someone drop table here
Imagine we conceded to Lesotho smh
Sports › Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by isan(m): 7:27pm On Oct 10, 2025
No we will be tied on +4 ....you have to deduct that goal from benin and add it to Nigeria goals that's+4 for both teams
Unlimited22:
If we beat Benin by one goal only they will have a better goal difference than we do.
Sports › Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by isan(m): 7:26pm On Oct 10, 2025
How is it 2 goals ?
semid4lyfe:
Goal difference first. If tied. then head to head.

We need to win Benin Republic by two goals. and that's a tall ask for this team because

1. We struggle to score goals

2. Benin is in a dominant position and have everything to play for, so will literally die to get the result on Tuesday.

Also equally important, SA must lose or play a draw against Rwanda.

I am tired. Even my tired is tired at this point.
Sports › Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by isan(m): 7:25pm On Oct 10, 2025
Depends on the tie breaker CAF or FIFA adopt
Dannyxy:
I thought Benin won us 2-1 in Ivory Coast..

Meaning if we beat them on our home 1-0, we have an away goal, the same away goal that Ghana used to remove us 2022 when we drew 1-1 at home.

Have the rules changed?
Sports › Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by isan(m): 7:24pm On Oct 10, 2025
We lost 2-1 away to benin ... You're confusing me .....so if Nigeria win 1-0 we will be tied on +4 and next is H2H which will be 2-2 but Nigeria have the edge with away goal rule
Unlimited22:
The question now becomes, does H2H count before GD?
Because we'd have both scored 1 goal at home, and we'd be tied on goal difference, goals scored, goals scored away from home etc
Sports › Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by isan(m): 7:20pm On Oct 10, 2025
Didn't we lost 2-1 in benin ? Am i mistaken?
TheLoneCitizen:
The H2H will be identical cause we lost by just one goal.

So if we beat them 1-0. Away goals applies.
But if we beat them 2+ H2H applies.

Both breakers favour us So either way, a win is all that's needed. No matter the margin.
Sports › Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by isan(m): 7:17pm On Oct 10, 2025
If we win by 1 goal ... Nigeria will be +4 and benin will also be +4
Unlimited22:
They have a 2 point goal difference lead on us.

A one goal win means we still are down one point.

A two goal win will tie that GD and give us a better head to head result, as well as bettering their goals scored record.

Unless I'm very mistaken, we need to win by two clear goals.
Sports › Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by isan(m): 7:15pm On Oct 10, 2025
It's 1 goal
Diavolo:
You're right. It's 2. Only if we didn't concede that goal would have been one and easy but 2 is a lot for our team that hardly score goals
Sports › Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by isan(m): 7:13pm On Oct 10, 2025
Yes , head to head will come into play since we will both have same goals difference.....
TheLoneCitizen:
If we beat Benin by 1 goal and SA doesn't win, we will be in USA next year.

A win is all that's needed.
Sports › Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by isan(m): 7:01pm On Oct 10, 2025
Nah that one ? Lesotho could have won the match after we went 2 goals up

Are you not tired of Nigerian politicians using the igbos as stepping stone Everytime? Everytime a politician want to score a point in this country they whip up an igbos sentiment
VeeVeeMyLuv:
Are you proud of this behavior as a rational human being

Were you hired to propagate passionate hatred, tribalism too?

Do you love this disunity and bitterness in you heart? Everything is not about politics

If Nigeria go up in flames this ting you are doing will also be ended.
