Please, when did you pay for yours? I did as you suggested but is not successful. fatima04: Start a new application from scratch (either on your laptop or phone), when you get to declaration page/pay IHS, sign out and follow the below steps:
1. Copy the application link sent to your email 2. Go to your phone browser and select *incognito or private browsing* from settings 3. Paste the application link and sign in as usual 4. And try and make payment as usual. 5. Hopefully this should be successful.
Hope it helps.
N.B:- not saying this is 100% guaranteed, saw it on another forum and it worked for me after filling 5 different applications and the UKVI were not helpful at all. |

Thank you but I'm still confused fatima04: Try it on your browser incognito mode, that worked for me on the 5th attempt.
Please note you will have to create a new application when this error occurs, because once it happens on an application likelihood is its never going to go through on that. |

donchukey: Walk-in service no be beans o I stood at TLS Ikeja from morning till they closed this afternoon. They didn't accept walk in as almost 100 people showed up for walk in service. They later took reference number of people with appointment date but came for walk in and asked them to come tomorrow. However, people that came for walk in on Thursday last week said they did same to them and made them come today. I don't understand this people. They even reduced their working days to just Tuesdays and Thursdays. Mtchewwww. |
The information below may be of benefit to someone.
Good morning
Thank you for your email.
This is because any bank statement you use as financial evidence must be dated within 1 month of your subsequent visa application. This also gives us time to check the bank statements, which we need to do before we issue the CAS.
As an example, if your bank statement was dated 30 September (showing the money has been held for the previous 28 days), this statement could only be used for a visa application up to 30 October, not beyond that date.
Thank you. This is exactly what i did. |

mimilyrics: The statement should be 28 days before you submit your visa application online, not 28 days before you get your CAS. Or did you submit your visa application on July 14? You can only use the statement if you submitted your application on July 14 and your biometrics appointment is on Aug 13-14.
If you submit the same statement you used in getting your CAS, your application will be refused because the period between you requesting the statement from your banks, getting your CAS and actually applying online will be missing from the statement. I printed my statement on 14th July Got my CAS on 24th July Submitted my visa application on 26th July. Got biometric date of 3rd September. Teesside University wrote on my CAS letter that i should apply with same statement within 31days from the day i printed it which i have done and uploaded. Since my biometric is on 3rd September, will i require to print another on my biometric day? |
Yes, you will. The statement that you submitted to your school for CAS doesn't include the mandatory 28 days preceding the online submission of your visa application.
[/quote
It does, I printed from 16th June to 14th July which is exactly 28days and my Teesside University also confirmed it by mailing my bank for verification. |
Is 1yr program with 6 months advance practice and tuition fee that was given to me was £7500 and scholarship of £1500, thereby making the balance to
be £6000.
I don't know if I am to pay additional tuition fee for the advance placement although I just sent mail to the school regarding that for further clarification because it wasn't stated in my offer letter.
Your offer letter states that your fee is 7,500 per year so you will pay 7, 500 in the second year. Your scholarship is 2,000 not 1,500. |

dupylola: Good day house, please, I need advice. I came to the Uk Jan this year to study a 2 Years program. I am a married woman with kids so my husband and I planned that he would apply for dependant visa with the kids by March. Unfortunately due to the lock down, they couldn’t get the biometrics done and the worst happened,my hubby died from covid 19 related disease last week.My life shattered but I have to keep moving
I am planing to return to Nigeria to get the kids for biometrics but my heart bleeds for my husband after all his sacrifices . I am considering applying for his mum so she can help with the kids while I run around. Please, how can I go about this?? There’s enough fund to cover her maintenance fee.
@Just wise and all kindly advise. Be strong sis. I pray that God shall hold your hands and walk you through this difficult time. You shall smile again. |

omopapa: If you are registered with the professional association in Nigeria, you can apply for jobs directly from Nigeria.
However, your location might hinder ur chances of getting invited for interview but if you are lucky to be invited there are some interview questions you might struggle with if u don’t have UK experience e.g Health and Safety questions
Thank you. I will be going for MSc this September. I am in good standing with MLSCN and AMLSN. I want to know the documents to gather so I can do it on arrival. |
