newbie2018: typical Nigeria... you just come up with stats and percentages from your head without proof
dude we both know the kind of jobs available in the UAE... it's hard labour, that was my consideration factor before I made that comment.
BTW when is it wrong to relax and enjoy life? must the whole of your life be about money money money. hun Replying u means I'm insane. Btw, I'm not a dude but a woman. Learn manners. It's gonna go a long way in your life |

newbie2018: you may never get answers from here but I advice you should be relaxing and enjoying life Instead of working considering your health status. he shouldn't work cos he has bp? Bp can be well managed and its not even an infectious disease. About 40 percent of wealthy people have bp and didn't deter them from working. Just don't overstress yourself |

For internet, I use ntel just seeing this. Thanks |

VocalWalls: You are underestimating Nigerians. I use a 4K with Netflix and I’m not the only one.
There are also lots of 4K videos on YouTube which I can stream from my YouTube app.
The fact that you subscribe for 1gb does not mean everyone else does same. I was recently amazed at the number of Nigerians who have ditched dstv for Netflix, many who haven’t are limited by their TV’s capabilities.
So, maybe you should look deeper, before casting ill thought aspersions.
Buy the TV you can afford and move on, don't hate on people's TV even if they don't maximize on its capabilities, it is somewhat sadistic. pls how do i use Netflix? Is with unlimited data? Which network offers such? Thanks |

nnekaike: It depends on high ur BP is,but your doctor will decide.Labetalol is costly but we don't have a choice na,I used it for 12days after delivery immediately my BP stabilized I was asked to stop. Gud day ma. Just came back from d hospital. Doctor gave me Aldomet. I complained about Labetalol cos my bp isn't pregnancy induced. So i might use it for a long time after breastfeeding. There r other cheaper alternative antihypertensive drug. |

Anugod: It was in my dad's house then. He made the arrangements with the chemical guy. We just left the house when he was about to start spraying and returned hours later. Maybe you can ask around for fumigators. If you have very close neighbours, you might have to arrange with them to leave the environment when fumigating. That thing is strong sha. We came back to meet dead lizards, rats and rodents, and the best part, no smell. Just dried up. It kills snakes too. No mosquitoes or cockroaches again for monthsss Gud day ma. Can i av d fumigation guy's number? I haven't gotten genuine fumigators. Only d ones with fake chemicals. I fumigated last week and mosquitoes are flying round d house again. Thanks. |

Akorkor: Is it not same abroad that i was giving similac second day after birth because she eat much? Please, exclusive is not a die affair. If you can do it good, and if you cannot don't kill yourself. After all, i breastfed my DD successfully for 15 months. If you have a child that eat, you will know that even doctors would recommend you to intervene with good formula product. I only seconded what she said. Not on exclusive does not make u less a mother or deprive d baby of d needed nutrient. As a matter of fact, i will start giving my baby food when she's 4 month cos breast seems not to be enough 4 her. I'm even doing exclusive now cos she has reflux. Breast milk digests easily. Thanks. |

suremum: I live abroad and we are encouraged to do exclusive for 6 months although i know some people who started giving purees at 4months cos they felt baby was ready(good head control, can decline food when satisfied, can sit upright etc) and not satisfied with only breast milk but all in all exclusive breastfeeding for 6 months it is. seconded. I gave birth abroad as well. We were told 2 b on exclusive for 6 months. Not even water. |

blank: 2 of my kids have it. It makes them have 'outies', big ones. For some people, they do a small surgery for cosmetic purposes when the baby is still a newborn. Some eventually go in but my kids' own have not. The oldest is 7 now. My husband had it when he was a baby and still has some remnants of it.
My kids play with it and even hide stuff in it. But it's nothing serious. Thanks ma. I pray it doesn't cause any discomfort 4 him and there won't be need 4 surgery |

portable4real: my birth story.. on d 29th of March which was Thursday. I was normal self, did all necessary
They r not ready to discharge me and I can't stay due to reason dat cannot be disclosed... Hospital issues sha
So I called a consultant I know who told me to handed over fone to any doc I saw on ground which I did and he instructed them to discharge me... then I was 35weeks 3days
on getting home, I decided not to use d nifedipine I was placed on for preterm contraction. the next morning I saw show. ok
despite being a second time I didn't waste time oo cos I wanted epidural analgesia. labor without pain.. when I got to d hospital was checked and 2cm dilated wit poor effacement.
I know wot can be used, I talked with d docs bit dey didn't want to answer me. One of d doc eventually raised it that I shld be inducted, I wasn't bothered of d pain cos of my plan of epidural.
induction started on Sunday at 11:20am. it wasn't up to 30 mins I started feeling contraction. so I didn't waste time. I called the anaesthetist that wanted to give the epidural and he spoke with his colleagues.
Everything worked as planned. The anaesthetist has been waiting for me before I was transferred to labor ward. when I was checked 4 hours after I was 5cm gone. so the epidural process commenced and was successful. come and see me flexing with my colleagues in the labor ward.. I was monitoring my contraction mysef. Anytime d doc came to monitor, he will pass comments that my contraction is very strong and good.
one of dem was like dis kind contraction without oxytocin that they Imagine d drama I will have performed if I wasn't on epidural.
I was checked again around 6:20pm and d doc said am fully dilated but head has not engaged.
15mins after,, I felt something tickling at my perineum and I called one of d nurse and she said i shld hold on that I was just checked and I heard what the doc said that after all I understand.
I insisted she checked and head of baby was already on d perineum. with d second push my prince came out at 6:45pm on the 1st of April weighing 2.5kg..
thanks to mumsgirl and other team member for always remembering me even though time does not permit me to be as active as planned. I wish all Preggy mama safe delivery and TTC fruit of the womb... sorry for any mistake..
EPIDURAL IS BAE congrats on d birth of your lo. Pls which hospital did u use? I asked cos of d effectiveness of their epidural. Asking in advance of 2nd missionary journey. Thanks |
