U better don't try going to court. It is a total waste of time. The law protects d tenant over d landlord. I had a case where my tenant absconded for 2yrs without handling over d key to me with his properties still in his apartment. I approached d magistrate court to grant me force opening. After about 5 months of court attendance, lawyer's fees, I lost d case. I had to do it my own way without directly breaking d law.
Start from disconnecting his light and water. If he doesn't bulge, advance to another level. Just make d apartment uncondusive for him. Be wise about it so he doesn't take pictures as evidence in court.

I bought the 1.5hp LG Gencool inverter A/C about 2 months back and it has been working fine till date .I will advice you ask them at the LG store(or wherever you are purchasing) if it is a copper outdoor unit because copper is the best.If I remember vividly,the Gen cool 1hp and 1.5hp are copper while the 2hp is aluminium.And please make use of the installer there at the LG store because if you make use of another installer asides their own certified installer, your 2 years warranty on the AC might be void..Cheers

I wish to apply at Euro academy but the ranking is very poor. Isn't it gonna affect visa outcome? Like why apply to Euro academy when u have better schools in Nigeria in terms of ranking. I don't want to waste money to India o. The school would have been good for my application cos it has January intake instead of waiting till next year September for other better schools in Estonia.

I was not close to her. I just used to admire her dress then before d incidence occured. Besides, we were in the same faculty though different department.

What a small world. I know d particular girl u are talking about and remembered d incidence in 2008. She stole about 70k from her friend's atm. The incidence happened in Madam Tinubu hall at New hall.She was in 300l and in Yoruba department. A real slay queen but later became born again.
