Short story as usual, this particular name was almost sold for $175 early January, but the buyer failed to complete the transaction,instead of paying he tried to lowering his amount to $150, I stubbornly disagree hence no deal, 3 weeks ago, a potential buyer emailed me of the asking price, quotes $1500, he was silent for 72 hours, I emailed him back to ask how far, he said the price is much that I should discount, I told him $750 for 12 hours, told me it is still much that what he can authorized from his end is $200, I told him no and he promised to get back after meeting with his people in 11 days time, on the 12th day, someone I guessed was him offer $200 for this offer, I declined that the least is $1000...
After 5 days, I was about messaging him to let's do $300, but sleep no gree me, I woke and I saw him offering to pay $350..sharpaly told him $750 or nothing, he countered and said he can't do more than $500, I changed bin and he paid within an hour.

I was aware of the rule before. Before their partnership I listed all my premium approved names at both sedo and afternic. I know its at my own risk but I love taking it if it would bring in sales. Listing at SH doesn't guarantee sales at all.

Pls my last question is when registering for namesilo or afternic and you are advised to put email, shud i put my personal email or my outbounding email... Because i use to hear that some customers used to ask for proof if ownership, if i decided to use seperate name for the registrar/marketplace registration and outbounding, i hope it will not affect me in the future?

Yes you have accepted, its waiting for it to be registered, i guess its SH registered

When you start out, someone has to approve your name to be registered even though they have accepted the name.

When your acceptance rate increases, I dont know the exact figure, Your names will be instantly registered once you hit the accept & publish button.

You will get the notification when you are qualified for instant registration of names.

If its taking too long, you can reach out to support, that the name is yet to be registered & you dont want to loose the name. That is if its an SH name
