Work visa is not easy, as you need to find a recognized company in the Netherland , once they agree to employ you, they will be the one to process your visa and mvv.

But quite easier as a student, but expensive.

You can reach out online to some company also you area of specialization matters.

1..Yes , you can work and study in Holland,some of my friends are doing that
2.. Your spouse can travel 3 months after your arrival according to my own plan
3...Many Dutch people speak English, Language wouldn't be a barrier unlike Poland and Germany

You need at least the student copy of your transcript to make applications to the schools you want to study in. If you haven't gotten your transcript yet, you should start the pricess of getting it from your school first.
