Well, for this period, they will be open on Saturdays because of the ongoing exams. But I am not sure they can attend to the issue on Saturday. If the place is not too far, you can give it a try. Ordinarily, they don't work on Saturdays except for the ongoing exams.

Tell your alumni to send via the spgs email there if possible. That will be faster than via any other means. Remember, the transcripts is to be sent by your Alma mater and not you.

You need to request for your transcripts from your Alma mater and take the evidence along to the study centre with all other original documents uploaded for verification

I came across a University in the USA that won't cost you more than $1000 to get admission and proceed to the embassy for visa with good statement of account. If they reject you with TANGIBLE reasons, they will refund you your money. But you have better chance of succeeding. Just quote me if you need the link.
