My dear, you have no other option than to learn how to be romantic. Even if you don't show it now, you'd definately have to when you're married.

Just confess to your fiancé and ensure that you do it before the wedding. Convince her with everything you have that she's the only one that matters to you. If you're trully sorry, she'll forgive you. Ofcourse she'll not be happy but that is to be expected. As for the other woman, make her know your mind and for your own safety and more especially that of your fiancé, don't tell her you're about to get married.

If she still insists on keeping it, then that's her cross. Afterall, she'd said she'd handle the spill.
