who is going to jail you ? the goal is to force her out of hiding. packing her properties will make her come out to fight you. when she comes out to fight for her properties you tackle and pin her down. if she does not come to fight for the property you sell them off and nobody loses...
I am sure once you start packing her properties she will come out from wherever she is hiding? grin
But the law enforcement officers has the be involved, you can not take laws into you ur own hands.

It seems you are not in Nigeria and do not know what is going on.
When u buy your own to sell, sell for whatever price you wish.
Moreover the price is still slightly negotiable.
Lol but if you go by the year of the car, from 2000 till date it's a 23 yrs old car, the pricing is much....850k would have been fair enough

FreeStuffsNG:
Fence mending for soft landing for the unlawful members of the Labour Party after we called them out.

Sebi he was grandstanding when he said he wasn't served with the court judgement and denied that he is aware of the court judgement.

The Attorney General who reminded him and his fellow heads of the NLC affiliate member of Labour Party has ignored them so far.

FG will eventually prosecute them in their personal capacity for disobeying a lawful court order.
The question is does the same federal government under President Tinubu obeys court judgement? The country is going lawless in a matter of months from now.

PoliticsRe: See What Google Have To Say About Igbos by IVORY2009(m): 10:48am On Nov 14, 2023
The smartest tribe in Africa is a matter of opinion, and there is no consensus on the answer. However, some tribes that are often cited as being among the smartest in Africa include the Igbo, the Yoruba, and the Hausa.

The Igbo people are known for their entrepreneurial spirit and their success in business. They have a strong tradition of education and value hard work and perseverance. The Yoruba people are also known for their intelligence and their contributions to science, technology, and the arts. The Hausa people are known for their mathematical and scientific skills, as well as their business acumen.

Of course, there are many other smart tribes in Africa, and it is impossible to say definitively which one is the smartest. Every tribe has its own unique strengths and talents.

Here are some of the reasons why the Igbo, Yoruba, and Hausa tribes are often cited as being among the smartest in Africa:

* **Igbo:** The Igbo people are known for their entrepreneurial spirit and their success in business. They have a strong tradition of education and value hard work and perseverance. Some notable Igbo people include Nnamdi Azikiwe, the first president of Nigeria; Chinua Achebe, one of the most famous African writers; and Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, the current director-general of the World Trade Organization.
* **Yoruba:** The Yoruba people are also known for their intelligence and their contributions to science, technology, and the arts. They have a long history of intellectual achievement, dating back to the ancient Oyo Empire. Some notable Yoruba people include Wole Soyinka, the first African Nobel Laureate in Literature; Fela Kuti, a renowned musician and political activist; and Oluwafemi Olusegun Obasanjo, a former president of Nigeria.
* **Hausa:** The Hausa people are known for their mathematical and scientific skills, as well as their business acumen. They have a strong tradition of Islamic scholarship and have made significant contributions to mathematics, astronomy, and medicine. Some notable Hausa people include Shehu Uthman dan Fodio, the founder of the Sokoto Caliphate; Aminu Kano, a politician and activist; and Sanusi Lamido Sanusi, a former governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria.

It is important to note that these are just a few of the many smart tribes in Africa. Every tribe has its own unique strengths and talents.
PoliticsRe: Do You Think That Things Will Change On Its Own? by IVORY2009(m): 8:34am On Nov 14, 2023
Validated:
If you ever believe that Nigeria will get better now or in the near future, you are dreaming. The only thing that will change Nigeria is we, Nigerians. The political class has nothing to offer.

60% of our professionals are leaving to UK, EU and North America. The brain drain is a function of failed state, failed institutions, failed political system and failed politicians.

Take a look at the just concluded Imo, Kogi and Bayelsa elections. One would have thought that INEC would use these elections to restore hope on the electorates. What do you find, worse performance. Results were written with impunity and brazen frauds are celebrated. This charade is doomed to crash soon. In Imo, 90% of the people's votes were not used for results. In Kogi, a LGA was posting over 130k votes and INEC is bold enough to announce such. Are we not the worst?

Look at NASS, I was listening to one I.diot that calls himself a senator attempting to justify buying N160m car. He was even saying that they preferred foreign made cars because Nigeria made cars are no good. Yet, the same NASS would blame the fall of Naira on speculation. We have a very long way to go. But I foresee it shortened.

My advice is simple, Nigerians should stop wasting time and resources funding INEC and the judiciary until a proper reform is in place.
The alternative is a convulsive revolution. Otherwise, NOTHING WILL CHANGE.

You know what, we do not care now. How ever when this snowballs into something dangerous, we all will then care. When the people takes up arms, you will realize that you would have saved the situation if we acted earlier. Let me remind you that some landlord in Gaza 3 month ago are now refugees. Some millionaires there are now seeking for food stamps at refugee camps. What was their offence, they did not bother when things were getting worse. Just like we do not now care about INEC and the judiciary impunity.
The only way things can get better in Nigeria is when the people can stand-up to their right, and a revolution that would claim lives of corrupt leaders, then a new Nigeria can now be achieveable.

Well i havnt seen a ghost....bt my roommate died last year. There is a staircase directly to our apartment, early last month I was able to perceive the perfume at a single spot on the staircase. He was using that perfume before he died...To clear any doubt I had to call our security to thesame spot, In 2secs he confirmed the same thing.
The perfume fragrance was on a single spot..omo it was scary though
If I may have to make a comment on this issue, this is absolutely correct, most people when they die, they tend to come back to where they live before they died, it's recommended that such house or room is painted.
