Hello beautiful bellefull mamas,

I have been a silent follower, (too lazy to type)

I am team July,31st according to 1st scan and sex is still unknown, planning to go for scan tomorrow.



Congratulations to all the new mamas and new pregos, may God make it easy for all of us.

My bs, am sorry its coming late na vigelate dey do me strong thing.
It all started on monday after long distance walking during d weekend with a dose of kpekusing. I was having a mild contraction during d day but i still manage to do d nasty at nyt, so by 3am tue i was awaken by dis pain which i thuogt was a dream nd decided to time nd itwas 3/4 mins apart so i coulnt sleep again. Dh wanted us to go to d hospital but i said no so waited till arround 7am, wen we got to d hospital nd d doc examine me he said am just 2cm so ivshould go back home nd come back arround 2pm. Got back to d clinic 2pm, doc said am 4cm nd thank God cervic is thin, so na den d drama begin, doc they should give me castor oil since they didnt give me any drip or injection due to previous cs, d pain was so much dat i could barely lift my leg wen they asked me to be walking around..
The nurses examine me around seven nd said am 7cm dilated nd they rupture d membrane, and asked me to be walking around, but i no fit o. Sitting sef was difficult, it was as if my waste nd hip were about to explode, but thank God, at 9.10pm on tuesday after two mighty pushes my prince pop out weighing 3.6kg nd all d pain disappare.
What am battling wit now is d episotomy nd vigilante.

Am 39wks counting, already having little contraction, Doc said its because baby is big (3.7kg) and resting on my pelvis already. D pain is just few minutes after getting up from lie down

This is exactly how am feeling, just dat am 38 weeks nd baby weighs 3.6kg from my last scan on tuesday. Walking sometimes is difficult. Wishing all of us a safe delivery

Hello beautiful mamas, am a silent follower on dis thread, though i ve posted b4 but my own laziness is out of dis world, to type na wahala but I enjoy reading comment, and i must Say u gals rock.
Congrats to all d new mamas nd d newly preggies nd safe delivery to all d pushing mamas and may God smile onto those who re looking unto him nd to those dat just lost theirs may God almighty compensate u wit u double very soon.
Am stm but feels like its my first, in my 32 week nd am becoming so impatient becos of d way i feel, to.walk sometime na wahala, getting out bed nko is something else, may feels like forever, am sorry for my long post make una no vex. I hope am not alone

Wat is d pain like.. feeling of fullness or discomfort.. increased blood supply to dose areas makes it so sensitive and the nerves too tends to b on edge. Sori sis

All of a sudden my LO @beat stopped at 25 weeks and there was nothing I could do. For the little time i spent with him, my joy was countless. But God knows the best RIP.

In my 21weeks now nd everything seems gud, but am having pain in my vjay, pls wat could be d cause of this.

My birth story.....
At exactly 3:00pm on Dec 16th, I took plenty pineapple according to d Dr advice that it aids labor and then had a walk for about 2hrs, came back home preparing for my DH birthday on 17th, I didn't see any sign that labor had started, no water, no mucus, no blood, in fact no discharge, though I had different EDD according to d scan done. 11th, 15th,16th and 20th. I just felt pains at 5mins interval around 11pm and I told my DH that it wasn't time because there was no contraction, around 1am, my DH advised that we should go the hospital while I was praying to him for his b'day, I just yielded because d pain was getting serious,on getting to d hospital, learnt I was 3cm dilated, around 2:45am, was 7cm dilated and around 6:27am, I deliver my baby girl, the pain was unexplainable, I had tear despite d 3kg weighed of my baby but God was indeed faithful.

nyc birth story, congrats, may ur lo bring more joy to ur household. Wish all of us smoth pregnancy nd safe delivery.

Evng mothers,rejoice with me. My princess came in on the 4th. @ Besea,i have left you behind. Baby was in a breech position,had to opt for a C-section and in less than five minutes she was born. Rejoice with mee,came weighing 3.4kg. Mother,Daughter and of course adoring father are doing great.

dear, its normal but don't bend when doing chores like sweeping, washing etc. you can sweep on ur kneels.

i could not go out or do any chores for one week. my back--inside my spine just retired for that week. i think its normal cos of the weight of the baby. se bi you can sweep sef i use that long plastic brush with wooden handle to sweep the floor. i no fit break back. i will advice you buy the type too. buy if you are using a rug-error cos it wont sweep it well. my doc gave me pcm and valium5 for three days and the pain
disappeared. talk to ur doc as well.

Pls house i usually ve pain in my pelvic area dat sometime its difficult for me to stand upright especially after doing little chores like sweeping, pls is dis normal?

went 4 scan on Monday n d result came out as 34wks gone n edd being 1st week of DEC. fear griped me cos I know 4 sure I'm 37weeks + n due 2nd week in Nov. got back 2 my doc, did a tummy measurement n told me not 2 mind d scan, my baby was ova 36 weeks n God forbid baby stays in tummy till DEC.
went home, told hubby, he insulted sonographer dat he dsnt know his work, was still worried bt afta some assurance 4rm health section was a bit calm.
woke up yestdy morning, went 2 pee n noticed some brownish mucor. dis dint hapn wit my boy so I cold my doc, told me 2 come in 4 a check. got 2 d clinic @ past 7, my doc checked me n said I was 2cm n she cldnt feel ny water. told her my water was not broken but I was detained. during my son time, stayed in hospital for 4days cos of false labour, so I really felt dis was same n wanted 2 go home.
wen I saw dey won't let me go, cold mumsy, sent her 2 get labour room n oda few stuff I'd not bought. pinged n charted tryout yestdy.
some mins to 5am started feln a bit of pain after tossing all night, got up n started walking round room n doing d breathing technique (God bless d person dat suggested dis here), it worked 4 d little pain n contraction I was feln. later cldnt stop moving cos d contractions became faster n wld only stop 4 a while. went 2 take my birth @ past 7, was checked n was 7.5 cm. 10mins lata, felt like I want 2 pupu o, doc said time 2 push. contraction stopped me 4rm climbing bed. afta it subsided, I climbed, pushed wit d 1st contraction n shout, doc said no lazy o n don't shout just breath, second contraction, pushed hard n my 3kg princess came out @ exactly 38weeks, by 8.04am 2dy.
don't know bout nyting else, bt it was God all d way. far far easier dan I had wit my boy. so 2 all pushing mothers, just talk 2 God how u want it, He is ever faithful.
make una no vex say e 2 long, na happiness cos am. now na breast milk we dey pray 2 comot o, she don suck d breast like dat sleep 4 now. tanks 4 reading.

@halimah, may Allah mk it easy for u. For those of us who are due already nd still expecting d shw to begin may God make it a smooth journey for us all. Am 39 wkd plus 1 day, thank God I hv overcome d fear, thanks to all mum in the house for ur encouragement. Am only hv abdominal cramp that last for about 30 minutes nd pain around my private part, I believe from wht hv read on d tread it's normal. I love u all.
