@dreams thanks for the 30 day challenge i have really learnt a lot and veggies are now a big part of my meals
did i lose weight? yes even though im already lepa but i feel good
do i feel healthier? yes

hi amazeballs mackerel is titus fish (you can look at dreams latest post on the spanish omelette you will see the picture of the fish there). I got the cinnamon, mustard seed and parsley in park and shop (spar) in VI and i think those are the regular names
