1.Your appointment is effect from date of your resumption of duty.You are to report for duty...not later than 30 days from 10th April 2012

2.You are to present your original certificates for documentation on assumption of duty

3.The appointment is subject to the terms and conditions laid down in the staff regulations and conditions of service of the NSITF

4.You should also note that request of previous service(s) will not be entertained

5.If this offer is acceptable to you,please indicate in writing within 14 days of receipt of this letter

6.Please accept our congratulations.
