How much is reasonable to send retired parents monthly for food in Nigeria?

For those of you supporting your parents back home, how much do you normally send them every month specifically for feeding?

My mum and dad are both retired and receive their pensions. They live in their own house in Ilorin, so no rent involved. Thankfully, no sickness or regular medication expenses either.

I’m mainly trying to work out a realistic monthly amount for food for just the two of them — normal groceries, rice, beans, meat, fish, vegetables, cooking ingredients etc.

With the current prices of food in Nigeria, what would you consider reasonable for two retired people per month?

₦100k? ₦150k? ₦200k? More?

I know everyone’s situation is different, but I’d like to hear from people who actually support their parents or know what two people currently spend on feeding in Nigeria.

They are scammers! 3 months now since I bought credit and nothing

Was using a shared account in the past now due to workload and privacy I need to have my own.
Will be glad if anyone can point me in the right direction to pay for this.

Sadly it's impossible to get one. I visit Warsaw at least once in a month and the saddest part is the food part. There used to be one before la mama even though the food is not the best but it's still manageable but it's closed now due to high rent and low patronage. The population and the acceptance of Africans in Poland is nothing to write about so I don't blame the Africans who don't see the restaurant business as something they should go into. On a side not Polish who lives in the U.K. CRIES and talking loudly about how they felt not accepted anymore since the brexit but back home they hate to see anyone who isn't polish around.
