Yes, the infrastructures in our schools are not enough but I still think we should resume. I don't know if you live in my own part of Lagos, if you go on the roads and market, you'll see low compliance that will make you wonder why people are not dropping dead yet.
What about states about to conduct elections, where's the compliance there

That 100-110k will get you a used core i5 3rd gen laptop that will handle all what you listed there perfectly, not this rubbish Intel celeron.

If you're so keen on buying a new laptop, I'll advice you add money and get a better laptop.

You want to create a few games with a celeron processor... I hope they're something like puzzle or Tetris and not graphics games? Don't even use apps like Premiere pro, 3ds Max or Maya on that laptop and coding, yeah the usual HTML, FORTRAN, BASIC, C++ could maybe just work... I'd rather settle for a core i3 so as not to be convincing myself that money grows on trees....

If you think you're gonna be upgrading in the next 6 months, all the best but with this, I'd sit someone to type office works for me to know money was well spent.
