Hello Please is it advisable to use a ceiling fan of 58W (+/-5W). It's a duravolt fan with a solar set up of 65Ah battery?
Also does charging power bank with the solar set up affect it?
Thank you |

Nairaland General › Re: Nairaland Is Partially Back; A Work In Progress by izzyboi(m): 11:41am On Dec 21, 2023 |
Seun: Dear Nairalanders and Advertisers.
Nairaland's server was taken down by our host's abuse team because of an abuse report that wasn't attended to on time.
After rectifying the error, we brought the server back for a few minutes, but they decided to take the server down again. Since then, we haven't heard from the abuse team, yet the support team keeps insisting that only the abuse team can help us.
So we had to transfer Nairaland to a temporary host in order to bring it back to you. A VERY time-consuming process. We are not fully back, even though most features of the site are working. We still have a long way to go. Additional downtime is likely; don't let it alarm you.
There's a lot more to say, but I have to go back to work to ensure that our return is permanent. Please forgive us for the stress we caused. We appreciate the love and support that you showed us during the ordeal. Nairaland is too important for us to let this happen again.
Best Regards, Seun Osewa. Welldone, I followed your progress updates on twitter My suggestions 1. Measures be put in place to avoid this. Nairaland is big! 2. Adopt a proper team and or CEO. Let it be run as a proper company 3. Employ more mods and deal with tribalism more effectively 4. Ui update plus launch of nairaland app on playstore/apple store All the best! |

jamace: Let the politicians share whatever and let the voters collect whatever, but vote the right person. With time politicians will get wise and refuse to share anything, then election will become sweet. It is a matter of time. Actually Collect their money and don't vote for them lol |

ojasweb: That's like 10 dollars. Is that a daily budget? And yes, you could get result. No sir, that's the total budget. Would have gone for fb ads instead but there's no religious targeting again |

ojasweb: When Google ads launched smart shopping campaign in 2019, they always ask advertisers to switch their standard shopping ads to smart shopping.
I spoke with one of their support then and i told her while i usually don't switch to smart shopping, and i asked her why they keep asking everyone to use it despite the limitations.
According to her, when Google launch a new product, it is their duty to push it as much as they can. However, that doesn't guarantee that it will give you the best results in most cases.
In September 2021, Google launched Performance Max campaign and it is set to replace smart shopping campaign completely. Now they are pushing it really hard.
But my issue with PMax is the low level of control and transparency. Additionally, it has very limited optimization choices. It is not my thing to run ads without having control over where the ads show and how it show. If you are a new Google ads user, you will regularly see this type of recommendations. If you don't have thorough understanding of how they work, i encourage you not to apply them.
In many cases, this new campaign types usually benefit advertisers with huge budget. Do you have a lot of budget that you can throw at Google? If yes, then you can keep applying every single recommendations in your account. Otherwise, stick with what you are familiar with that has been giving you good results. Cheers! Hello Ojasweb Please is there any point running ads with a ₦6000 naira budget on Google ads? Will I see any results? |
