Seriously I thought I was the only one seeing the madness from them, the data depletes at an alarming rate lately, make no mistake to click on the download button irrespective of the file size cos you will get sms reminder of the remaining data thereafter. It's just crazy.

At most, 11days without any download.

Few more questions you really didn't answer, is your area covered by MTN 4G network, have you tried using another 4G enabled and trusted device to check (say MTN 4G MiFi) and have you asked a friend if they're experiencing the same issue around your area with MTN too?

I will suggest you do a test of the 4G coverage with a 4G MiFi as the ultimate test for confirmation.

First you didn't mention the network you're using, you didn't state if your area is covered by that network and you equally didn't state how you've tried to do adjustments on the settings to that effect?

Answer these, then I can know where to come in.

I bought the PC from US in 2013 for those who myt think it's stolen. It came with Windows 7 PRO, I upgraded it to Windows 10 Pro.

Try changing the USB/Dock panel to confirm your suspicion. I had a similar problem back then when I owned one, the problem started when I plugged the phone to charge overnight, I woke up and discovered it was changing from docking for music to charging by itself whenever a charger is plugged or when connected to PC. I got a new charging/dock panel fixed and that solved the problem.

I noticed lately that I can't open device manager or windows defender. It will give an error message that this app has been blocked for your protection by the administrator. Meanwhile am logged in as the administrator. I have tried most of the suggestions online especially going through the default system admin to disable smartscreen but still no luck as the problem continues. I will like to hear your own suggestion(s) too. Thanks in anticipation of your prompt response.

All the night data subscription from all the network providers can be done only once in 24hours. For Airtel and MTN, make sure you subscribe from 12am forward.

Glo 4G is reliably fast and efficient, It's best enjoyed if you have enough data because the data burn/consumption rate is almost 3x that of 3G. Speaking from experience.

The feature is available for updated android Facebook app.

Truth is, it's very fast from the various locations (Uyo, PH, Agbor, and Eket) I have tested it but the data consumption/burn rate is like 3x that on 3G subscription.
