As much as I agree with you to a large extent, you must understand that it takes government institutions to come up with a well coordinated programme to be able to pull such amount and affect the live of the citizens positively - that's if the fund don't get embezzled before the contract is even signed for the execution of the project/programme. The government on its own is directionless, incompetent, visionless and clueless to say the least.

Government called the scheme a fraud, conducted investigations and never criminalised it as other sane nations do but only issued warnings thereby allowing more people to join.

You must equally understand that there are no working institutions in the country at present. The only ones working are the beehives of corruption e.g. LegisLooture sorry legislature (National Assembly), Judiciary and Executive. They only sell crude oil and share among themselves as they please. No serious investment in the economy, no serious investment in the education sector, businesses are being stifled, no hope for the masses whatsoever and they're unperturbed about it.
Life is hard already but it's far more harder if you're a Nigerian without God's backing.

About MMM, in as much as we anti-MMM crusaders might be throwing blames left-right-centre, we have forgotten that this is a gross failure and ineptitudeness on the part of the government for only issuing warnings and not outrightly criminalising the scheme from the get-go. This would have stopped MMM and other copy-schemes from budding at all.
It just shows that in Nigeria, anything goes. No serious regulations, no enforcement, no one questions anyone.
The name Nigeria these days, elicits laughable pity from foreigners.

I subscribed for a 3G plan, that's what I have been using, now with the availability of 4G, each time I switch to 4G I am unable to access the Internet, it connects and redirects me to hsi page. Must one subscribe to 4G data plan to use the 4G network?

That's really a limitation, I had to get a 4G MiFi just to be able to use it.

Glo has extended its 4G coverage to the city of Uyo as part of its promised nationwide 4G coverage. I just discovered this a while ago at a friend's house while trying to stream the Chelsea game.

The reason why Africa will remain where they are globally is what's happening on this thread. Former Libyan president got betrayed by his own brothers (AU Member presidents) because they can't stand united all in the name of hate. Whether you're from Nigeria, Ghana, SA, Egypt or Kenya, it doesn't count when you leave Africa, they classify you as African, some don't even bother asking which country you're from. This same hatred for one another is the reason why our older generation failed us. They couldn't put pride aside and speak with a single voice, they wanted to join the white man and undo the other as in the case of Libya not knowing that it will backfire. Africans are the ones who will build Africa not Foreigners and if it must happen, pride or disdain for one another won't profer a long lasting solution. Ghana faced recession, Kenya faced it, SA faced it, Egypt and Nigeria are facing, it can be any other country tomorrow so this cursing and 'we are better' attitude will only massage your egos for now but in one way or the other countries will feel the pain of the other. We're all interconnected, we the youths of Africa as educated as we are still don't know what it means for the world to look at everyone from this part of the world as beggars. I don't think so. Once you select the position and proceed to application page, it will accept submission of data. Just that you will have to enter other details like GCE/O level result, referees and so on on your page.

Check the size and format of your picture to make sure it's among the listed acceptable ones, preferably, make sure it is in JPEG format and less than 15kb.

I can do Nilesat, CNN, AIT, Mytv DSTV and many others with 1.8m, 0.9, and 0.6m dish fixed positions. Recently i changed to motorized which easily goes out of position after winds. I have a problem setting it as i dont know the satellites to track. From the way the first installation was, he tracked 3 particular satellites and the others showed up. I need to know those three or how to go about it. For now i only watch Nilesat, CNN and occasionally AIT with the motorized. I've lost all others.

What size of dish are you using to get the bolded channels sir?
