I sincerely don't understand the school. I submitted application since December last year.
Yesterday I sent them a message on the platform and immediately I received an admission decision.

I was rejected though.

1. Yes, you are to get the police clearance form the same day. Max 30 min to 1 hour wait.
2. You don't need any appointment before getting one, you just need to call someone who works there. I changed my phone so I no longer have the number of the lady who did mine but you can ask from anyone on here.
3. Yes, you can book for an upfront medicals even before filling your application.

4. After your visa application, you will get an email from IRCC requesting for your Biometric. So you book for one.

Study permit for the mother, when she gets her PPR,

then Visiting Visa for the kids,

and Spousal permit for the hubby, even though he was not mentioned..

- I am still working in Naija( just need to assist them in settling down).
- the 6yrs is actually an American citizen.




Having considered several factors that might hinder your application from getting approval. My professional advice for you is to apply with the six (6) years old and leave your spouse and other of your children behind. When you've successfully gotten your approval and landed in Canada, you can apply for an Spousal Open Work Permit and an Open Study Permit for the kids. My advice is based on experience and the age of the kids, applying at same time with them will give the visa officer the impression that you're using study permit as a means to relocate to Canada.

How old are your kids? A family application together with your wife's application package is obtainable. You need to show evidence of adequate unencumbered funds and assets back home that would compel your return home after studies.

This is fine. Your wife should emphasize in the LOE that you are going to help them settle in easily.

Other details that could show that you are comfortable with your current work should be included.

And as previously mentioned, if you and your wife have parents, mention them as home ties.
