odilibe: OBNELLY well-done once again.I am not surprised that your focal point/feed is far away From the dish at prime focus position.looking at pics it appeared that you built a shallow dish,practically the deeper the dish the closer the feed assembly/focal point is to the center of dish and less f/d ratio or gain.The shallow the dish the further away the feed assembly is to the center of the dish the greater the f/d ratio or gain..apart from errors you may be close to or at correct focal point.
