A good electrician might not be those that repaired tv but those that can fixed DVD & other player component but ask him to check if the power supply if no that power problem, if not that is board issues if you are in lagos or ibadan u hav a safe zone on ur pocket!!!

simniboma: @ all when I blind scan Intelsat 7, 10 68E on my SRT 4669Z no TV channel is got but when I auto scan or manually scan it is able to receiver over 60 channels. All other satellites respond to blind scanning perfectly. Please members of the house any explanation to this phenomena

it functioning right 69z with some patch only source for frequencies and symborate on blindscan but some will download up to 80% and load channel&radio.but answer this did your decoder show option in menu mode i.e dongle facilities now?

Ameboperoo: Ok press menu on ur remote, then scroll to installation enter 0000 if asked of pin. Then scroll to blind scan, click on intelsat 7,10ku, then click on blind scan. I assume u use only 1dish.

for more clarification the amount of sat dish u installed @ ur home is ur setup if 2dish u had 2setup.so reply so as to know ur progress in solving the PP.

it not possible but if you had dstv among ur setup and during installation u input dstv fq in 68.5¤ sat ur diseqc might be faulty i.e is not lock the sat port has programme.....so check this & report to house.fta

Cheny: @donald303 & habib55,i used to hav such problem in those days but i corrected it by changing my ku lnb from 2-3 o'clock position to 7-8 o'clock. so, try dat and see. also try 12732 v 4430 for etv capetown instead of hydepark.

or better change ur lnbf or cable, if you are using more than 1dish check ur diseqc
