Am not say it is not an honest job,it just that the man in question is complaining that his "oga" treat him like shit sometimes even though he says his job is assisting his boos in the office, and he sleeps with him and cook too for him.

benincitys:
i miss home too i havt see my family for 8years now whenever i think about it, it makes me sad ,
i have a ticket to go home which i got last month buying the ticket is easy, money to live there is not a problem but the big problem is what they want from you ,
one of my brother ask me for mac book and the other one ask for i phone which i dint have at the moment, my brother girlfriend ask for jeans and tops, my 3sister ask for luggage each
the list go on , the bad new is i have live all my life for them, now i need to live my life i have a 18months old baby who need me more than they need me .
I know wat u mean always trying to help them wth money so their life will be a little easier u can even give someone in naija 100k naira to start a bizzness and in less than 2 months dey will be calling u saying they need more,
its very frustrating sometimes.

I can't wait to get to naija end november Edo state here i come.

My sisters living abroad usually demand that i buy hair attachment/extension, weavons, and wigs for them. I've been buying and sending to them for about 7 years now, so I think it's cheaper to buy it here in Nigeria.
Hey please can u tell me which market u buy from is in onitsha or Lagos ?

@benincity i can tell you my first hand information i was in benin city last year november and i tell you that city is going backwards instead of going forwards.

Like for example ring road 8yrs ago was a bit clean now its so dirty, and the OBA palace was so nice to look 8yrs ago now so of the fence round it has fallen
Airport road is full of holes,
GRA areas looks like undecided
And that market near the Oba's palace there when u planning to do some shopping don't go with ur best shoes oh ! and certaintly not with open toes.
just my 2cents,

For me it is harder. I don't have a house and I stay in a hotel each time I go and I go twice a year. Putting up with someone to skip the hotel bills is equally expensive as all their problems becomes yours. they will be relying on you to buy food for everyone. Guy you sound lucky men. We drink and smoke and every evening na u go dey buy drinks for everyone. Can u imagine drinkming and ur friends will be looking and watching.

I can do a market survey for you and tell you how to spend the 1k dollars

I went to the canada immigration site and i found out i could stay up to 3 or 6 months i think without visa
so that is something.(due to belguim nationality)
Maybe a working visa is something i have to look into.

Travel › Canada Visa by jacq(op): 9:16pm On Sep 25, 2008
I would like to visit canada / work

not really sure yet, maybe i will go next year for a two weeks vacation as a tourist.

is it easier to get a visa to visit canada as a tourist or better yet i better apply for a working visa (nursing job) for six months i just need to travel to experience other parts of the world.

As a nigeria living in europe with permit/nationality will it be more difficult to get a visa ? or is it better to apply for it from Nigeria

Travel › Re: Living In Western Europe? Sign In For October 1st Party! by jacq(f): 10:40am On Sep 13, 2008
Siena:
I was wondering the same.

I think it should be open to everyone to attend, age regardless.

By limiting the age range, it will surely narrow down the attendance list, as no one really knows how old members on here are.
Or, it could end up just being 4 attendees.
Like the phantom Nairaland party that's been talked about since 2005, I doubt this will happen.

Especially with the "age" restrictions.

@ Jacq: I'D think carefully if I was you. Sure, it's a great idea, but does that permit you to restrict attendees to a specific age range?
You're asking people to travel to meet in Europe, which is great, the fact they're willing to do so at all should be good enough.
Unless it's a party being organised for dating purposes?

Just my 2 cents worth, and good luck with the arrangements.
Am not saying oldies or youngies should not be a part of the meeting's just that someone who is above 50's will not feel comfortable being in a company of all youngies and otherwise also if u get my drift.

But oct 1 is only 3wks away maybe the notice is also late, and pple wouldn't have time to arrange.
