Pls, what does this "state of emergency" mean to a common man on d street? What does it translate to? I just want a comprehensive analysis of how the atmosphere in those states would be. Anybody pls?

I served in Nasarawa state in Batch A 2010 set. The Magaji Dan Yamusa orientation camp (one of the best in the country) is in Keffi, 20mins drive from Abuja. The service year was fun for me. I was posted to a Primary Health Centre in Giza, Keana LGA. The capital is Lafia, which is usually very hot. Other towns include Keffi, Akwanga, Wamba, Doma, Nasarawa, Toto, Nasarawa-Eggon, Doma, Keana, Awe etc. The indigenous inhabitants are majorly Gwandara & they are very accommodating. Nasarawa state has been relatively peaceful. I wish the newly posted Corps members a happy stay.

I hope other occupants of the plane will be taken abroad too for treatment. Should it be the governor alone?
