I do not think skirt is the issue here but compliance.
From the pictures on your banners, that is not what the NYSC uniforms should be. So if skirts is approved, some will still turn it to super mini skirts.
Let me even ask, how will you use skirt's for rope, wall climbing and other obstacle drills ?? Or you guys have a more dangerous mission ??
If you cannot comply with the uniform, then do not serve. Apply for exemption certificate!
Let's stop this self deception please.

It is a very good thing to give them food but I think as a senator it will be better if you....
1. Create a system where by they are fed that way continually and taken care of.
2. Create a structure that gets them reformed and not just pass time in there.
3. Get them some of them out if possible.
4. Create employment or right business environment for them, which will deter them from committing crimes that will send them there.
5. Inspire and support them to go from prison to palace.

All these are within your powers as a federal law maker.
