It depends on the terrain of your location..
Whether roads are good for SUV or the crossbreed.
Also note the suspension system and interior design of both vehicle are not same. The RX350 has more in terms if these.
RX350 also has more room than the VENZA... though it also depends if you have children.
They both use same 2GR, V6, 3.6ltr engine, expect for some VENZA with 2.7ltr, 4 plug engine.

I believe these few points should help you.
