Foreign Affairs › Re: 3000 U.S. Soldiers Deployed To The Middle East After Soleimani's Death by jaeybee98(m): 8:07am On Apr 17, 2020 |
claremont: Let me shed light on this as I see a lot of people are just guessing. These guys are getting deployed from Fort Bragg, NC, a safe military base in America, to an American base in Kuwait, a safe country. It will interest you to know that these guys will most likely not get deployed on this flight with any magazines or live rounds on their person whilst enroute to Kuwait. They will only be issued with magazines and live rounds when they need them at the armoury in the American base in Kuwait. This is standard practice with most Armies worldwide, and I'm yet to see any Army that deploys from one safe base to another with live rounds in an aircraft. The magazines and ammunition is transported separately by the Logistics Corps.
Source: I trained and lived with these guys years ago in a previous life in Fort Bragg, NC. Hello sir, kindly forgive me for mentioning you in this thread, i'd like to ask questions on how to join the British army, the recruitment process, requirements, life in the army and loads of other questions I'm presently an undergraduate in Nigeria studying biochemistry, is there a way i can join as an officer? Can i pm you? |

The quote was not intended for this thread, its a mistake on my part,i should have deleted it immediately. I'm truly sorry Happy Easter |

claremont: You say he made his money from business, but you then went on to say he used his position as VP to give favourable advantage to a company he had a significant interest in. It's better you pick a position and form a logical argument to back it up. It's not a criminal offence to verbally support corrupt leaders, it's a moral offence. In a civilised country, people like Atiku would either be languishing in jail or they would be executed be firing squad for single-handedly mortgaging the future of a whole country.
All past Nigerian leaders and their families need to be executed, their actions have directly led to the death of millions. Hello sir, kindly forgive me for mentioning you in this dormant thread, i'd like to ask questions on how to join the British army, the recruitment process, requirements, life in the army etc I'm presently an undergraduate in Nigeria studying biochemistry, is there a way i can join as an officer? |

kayrichy: Come on ..I was in the same shoe 5years ago, then I just finished my NYSC..I didn’t think twice before taking my decision to enrolling in a medical school .i graduated a 5year biochemistry course in FUTA.(age 25) then I could recall our lecturers calling us FRUSTRATED MEDICAL DOCTORS because we couldn’t gain admission to study medicine and were dropped to biochemistry...apart from tha passion I always have for medicine..that statement also motivated me and stil took the bold step to studying medicine..I am currently having my clinical rotation and will graduate by Gods Grace April 2020..within the last few years of medical school..I was also able to run my masters in public health(research)during summer holidays in same school.. Fast forward to 2019..I feel so fulfilled and out of 130students that graduated in biochemistry dept My colleagues are also doing well though but nothing pays better than when you do what your mind pleases.. ....Lastly,,don’t think of the financial freedom yet..think of your effort in saving life Hello sir, i'm presently a Biochemistry undergraduate in FUTA and like you sir, i want to follow my passion after graduating. Can i PM you sir? |

famzynet: It's about your money. The stress obviously will be slightly lower than what we do in Nigeria. Nursing is about 5million per year and medicine about 13.5million per year ,then you add your accommodation and feeding to it.
The advice below is a good one except you come from a very wealthy family. Thank you sir |

wonlasewonimi: Bro I work in a company that have been breached as infosec sme. Let me tell you today, breaches are inevitable... it's not a matter of 'if' it's a matter of 'when'.
BA has just been fined 183m pounds, Marriott hotels 99m pounds under gdpr. Google will be fined and they will pay. They can't compete with AWS and Azure and they might not have loads if customers but they are up there. You better go and get GCp certified Hello sir, i'm trying to get your attention that's why i'm quoting you here sir. I'm presently an Undergraduate in Federal University in Nigeria studying Biochemistry (its on the SOC list tho) but then, i've learnt HTML & CSS and i'm presently learning JS. After JS, i will also learn PHP, MSQL & PYTHON... What other language do you suggest i learn to and what part of IT can i delve into thats hot in demand in the Uk? I'm planning to move out on a tier 2 visa after my undergraduate studies. Your words and advise will go a long way in helping me sir. Cc; wonlasewonimi Bossman |
