"Sanwo-olu has tried" implying he has stomached the protesters abi, normally if he did not try he should have unleashed security apparatus on them to forcefully remove them nevermind the fact that they are exercising their constitutional right.

"They have been tolerated" meaning the idiots, the riff raffs have been tolerated abi, they are overdoing it abi, they have tried the government has heard them abi.

I guess the people have not tried enough by enduring police brutality, corrupt government upon corrupt government, bad infrastructure and steadily being lied to. I guess they are just stupid people who don't know what they are doing.

Enemies of the state simply because they were found outside during curfew? What happens to arresting and prosecution? Do they really have to shoot? Water canyon is a more better and responsible way of dispersing a crowd.

Well, the curfew started at 4pm, as at that time, there was a long standing trafgic at major roads and even the Governor was stuck.

Now, as a sensible and responsible human that you think you are, you seriously think shooting of innocent and harmless protesters (citizens clamouring for a better Nigeria that you'll also benefit from) because they held their ground and continued to demonstrate peacefully??

Personally I will prefer everyone to go back to their various homes,if this protest did not work out,we have to wait afterall many of us shouted Sai Bihari here and insulted some of us that never believed in this government,the youths need to wake up and form a party,forget tribe and religion,get a capable candidate for presidential election,on the day of the election,we vote our own person and move from there,that is when we will now work towards getting house members and all that and stop all this nonsense from repeating of itself, Nigerians have suffered in this Old men and women government

You need to be HCPC certified first before applying for jobs as most if not all jobs requires HCPC certification

Hello chief, from the information gathered here, i've come to realise that you can actually be offered admission into a medical school with a second class lower degree in biochemistry.

However, i honestly do not think the institutions you mentioned accepts that kind of result. Check UNICAL, OOU, EUI etc

Are you sure about your height? The minimum height requirement for the military is 1.68m for males.

If you are 5.5metres, then you must be a giant.

To be honest, i don't think there's a job title in Nigeria as 'Clinical scientist' but i hope to modify or adjust my role there to align with HCPC's roles of clinical scientists

Do you mean someone who obtained a BSc degree in Biochemistry from Nigeria? If yes, I really really really doubt that you can register for HCPC even with a UK Biochemistry BSc degree.

3.) A biochemist can be HCPC registered as a CLINICAL SCIENTIST, not as a Biomedical Scientist with a degree in Biochemistry

There are more jobs in Biomedical Sciences. A Biomedical Scientist can work in:
- Histology
- Haematology
- Virology
- Microbiology
- Biochemistry
- Molecular Biology

Bioinformatics is restricted to molecular genetics only

Check out Australia too.... She would apply as Lab technologist as that's what is on the shortage list that doesn't need license.

I did NARIC as it was more convenient for me, all that was needed was my Transcript,and a letter of English proficiency from Uni, after getting registered with HCPC, register on trac jobs and nhs uk jobs,have a good statement of information channel it to suit the JD of the role you are applying for,have good refs, fastest fingers first and hope for the best, as it has now become more competive. Thanks to Brexit as it is now likely a level playing field with other nationalities especially from Europe applying for similar jobs.

I read on the UK visitor visa thread, where a nairalander said his friend advised it is better to remain in the UK until they call you for Phase 1 training, so long as your 6 months visa hasn't expired. He added there is no point coming back to Nigeria after the assesment.
Sent the person a message but he hasn't replied since then.
So now my question is how do you deal with UKVI embassy, when you initially told them you will be staying for 2 weeks, when you have exceeded 2 weeks?

Why should you tell them 2 weeks knowing fully well the process might take longer than that?
