My emergency request was denied as i was told I needed evidence of payment of Sevis fee which I haven't paid. Please what more can be done ? Need help seriously.

Requesting an Expedited appointment ,one must first book a normal appointment which I didn't know and didn't do initially

Anyway, after opening the link & reading the requirement, go to the bottom of the page and click 'schedule an expedited appointment', then login with your details, it will take u to ur visa page. Finally, fill in d necessary details and attachment like I-20, admission letter,etc and write the reason(s) why u need a new date

You have to send an email to the embassy for an expedited appointment. This option is available for student visa and medical treatment visa applicants. All the best

EA, check the MSA booklet if TOEFL is acceptable, then, you can go on and assess with your TOEFL results.

Can I use my TOEFL to go on with assessment ? If possible, Which assessing body will be best for me ? -I studied Mechanical Engineering. Though i have majority of my 3 years experience in Power (electrical) Engineering.

Yes, you perfectly do.However, you need to write a CDR, get a mouthwatering English score, PTE-A or IELTs,and also tailor your job's reference letter to suit that of a mechanical engineer, so you can claim this your years of experience with EA. Hope this helps.
