Hello, you have some time before then to improve dear! 37 isn't bad at all! Dare I say, if you can get 37 in a practise test, you're close to 39 or 40 in the real exam. Some exercises are tougher than others so you can drop lower than usual sometimes, that's normal. Just keep practicing till there's a good average in sight!

Dates are for late next months and June. If you need it on time ,you'd register and wait

exam settings and practice settings are different. I never scored up to 30 in any practice. I simply studied the question types. I only failed writing twice and passed the rest. When you reach test venue and you remember your 75k no one will tell ya brain not to focus and deliver

Hi, your current score is not so bad but from my experience, you need to be more consistent though and try to improve your score range from practice tests to 37-40. That way in the actual test it will be easy to get that range too. I used cambridge tests 3-14 for my preparations, I timed the reading part with stopwatch on my phone and averaged 47min. I had 9.0 in both Reading and Listening. I attached a band score calculator to help u see why you need to improve and maintain a consistent score range. Cheers

Hello, in response to your question below, I used Ieltsliz, ieltsadvantage, The IELTS Listening Test on Youtube, Career zone ielts institute Moga India also on Youtube. I also downloaded sample answer sheets from the official ielts website (this helped in preparing me for the real deal, time management and all), did the available practise tests and that was it. Total prep time took about three weeks, since I was juggling this alongside my 9-5. Results came out as L-9, S - 8.5, R- 8.5, W- 7, Overall- 8.5.

P.S: I didn't practise writing until the day before the exam and I regret it till date. Do not make the mistake of underrating writing!! For speaking, just read through frequently asked speaking questions online, once you can get past the accent of the examiner, you'd be just fine! Guys. My IELTS exam is next month (hopefully it's not postponed). Hoping to max out the scores but I find it difficult to access my progress with my practices (i.e Reading and Listening). My scores vary so much ,I still get scores ranging between 37-29 with Cambridge practice Tests.. Please people,especially those that have aced it, Is this normal ?

WAEC scratch card is not needed for MSc applications on Uniassist, just BSc. However, it's advised that you still send it. You can buy it online via Quickteller or mycyberteller, it's about 900 naira.
