Dang! See as Nairaland has destroyed a Relationship. People always comment without thinking of the consequences and now those comments finally destroyed a relationship. Whether Christain or Muslim or Atheist what so ever, the heart rules first and all those that contributed to this messy situation that has lead to this public washing of linens all in the name of castigating one religion for another should be very ashamed of themselves. I pray they solve this issue amicably and they should stop listening to these people spoiling relationships all in the name of religion. But seriously where is Lawyer? I wrote a post about the absence of lawyer a while back but no body seems to care. And since this is the most active post on this forum, it will be nice to indulge you guys to put your mouth to bring him back. I know he has been really offended by some people and ignoring the forum will only makes things worse for people that have a lot to gain with his inciseful articles and kind property advises that he has been doing for free. Since his absence, the property forum has been filled with a lot of charlatans advertising a million and one things that are unnecessary and totally boring and no one has been able to checkmate them to know whether the property is genuine or not and leaving us in the mercy of these people. Also so many people have been asking property questions which lawyer in the past used to be so happy to answer immediately to educate us, but these days all we have are just questions and no one can answer them. We need a search party to go and find our Lawyer back and bring him forcefully back to the Property forum. Since i read his anger against people that use him, he has notoriously gone quiet and its has become absolutely bedlam in the properties section. It is totally devoid of the articles that we have been spoilt with concerning property issues and how to safe guard ourselves in dealing with land transactions. Am not normally one that would post often but Lawyer is the only one bright spark in this forum and all we see everyday now are just endless adverts of properties by some boring agents who repeat the same things over and over again and we are not getting those articles anymore that makes the property section very much appreciated. I even sent him a mail and he didnt reply which is quite uncharacteristic of him. He must be either very pissed with us or ignoring us and either way it isnt acceptable to me and other people who rely on Lawyer for his good deeds in the property section and good advises.So please if you have any way of getting in touch with lawyer to coerce him to come online and do what he does best, it will be best appreciated. The property section is gradually turning into a very boring unappreciated place without his input, wise counsel and honesty. So lawyer dont be angry at us o! Some people dont appreciate what they have until they have lost it and it is glaring to everyone now how terribly missed you have been!

I think what is wrong is yourself going thru hell searching for this properties without collecting any advance for the job. U spend money on transport and meeting people, someone that is really serious ought to pay you a token for doing that. But I am angry, why do you strive so hard to be Mr Nice guy? During a period when i was looking for a Land to buy in Lekki, for 2 straight weeks he kept on going around all these places looking at lands, going to Alausa and advicing me on which one to buy and ones to reject without collecting a dime and at a point i was even afraid that he was a SPY trying to monitor my movement and finances and after the transaction was done, he was the last person to be even paid after the land has been paid for, Surveyor, Agents including omoniles etc. He made sure everyone was thoroughly satisfied before he even asked for his own fees which i even begged him to collect a lesser fee because i had exhausted all my funds and to my suprise, he accepted it without even offering any argument to hold me to my promise which was quite strange because every lawyer i know collects his own money upfront without even giving a hoot about you. There was a time i was thinking Lawyer was either an Ogbanje or an Angel roaming the earth because his kind is rare because i know i was fortunate to engage him.

But today we are friends and am sure he will be angry with me for writing all these about him but the truth is that Lawyer is not a Lawyer's Lawyer that is known to be aggressive and shark like. He is too meek and humble to be a Lawyer and he should be working for all these NGOs that truely devote their time to help people or a Priest. He has no iota of Greed in him that Business men possess that is why he doesnt know how to value himself. He does'nt know how to say No even if it doesnt favour him that is why it looks as if he is trying to be a Nice Guy. Its just the kind of person he is that is why i think people who notice this that need his services take advantage of him.Everybody on Nairaland knows he is the best at what he does in respect of property issues and how he has probably saved thousands of People from being scammed but the question is, if Lawyer is protecting and taking care of everyone, who is taking care of our Lawyer? I think now that you know the kind of person he is, we should be more humane and liberal when dealing with him because he won't talk, he is too quiet for this business world and he will do your job effectively which other people will testify to but we should stop cheating him unless the day he decides to walk away from Nairaland, we would all know what we have missed.

Jesus! I cant believe the amount of energy you invest in abusing Lawyer 24hours a day. You devote all your time on Nairaland to abuse this chap and the funniest thing is that we dont see him replying you which in turn makes us suspect that there is something underlying that we dont know about this your beef for him. You call him names and heck you even abused me too for being in support of him, so i guess the topic headline is not that misleading. Do you ever get tired of abusing him?

Am just curious? Where did Lawyer abuse your child and refer him to the Damilola Taylor case? I havent seen anywhere such statements were written and i would doubt lawyer can say such a thing. You are just trying to blame and belittle him for nothing. I havent seen any post where he abused you personally for him to deserve all these kind of horrible things you write about him. Its very easy to deduce that its either lawyer is your mortal enemy or you have a massive crush on him like one poster said and i strongly believe it is the latter. Channel your energy to better things unlss as i said earlier, you will grow old a bitter person hating on lawyer and the person your hating on would not know you even exist. Anyway for your information, for everytime you say something to hate on him, there are 10 people that will say something positive about him. Its very easy to destroy than to build and i think that is busybody's waterloo. Its not everybody on NL that posts every minute and there are lot of people who read these posts and chose not to comment but when they do, its because they have gone through the whole issue well to make a candid statement. I might not know who the characters Busybody continues to refer to when she replies Kanyewest but i took special interest in her posts and comments after she continued to bash lawyer in the property forum. Such criticisms where unduly harsh and unfounded but i guessed maybe there might be some truth in it. But after reading all the comments from people in defense of lawyer, i am more than sure she did it out of malice and it clearly shows that you choose to pull down other people's character which is not too far from the truth of what Kanye said above. Although i believe he went over board by calling you and animal which is a very bad way of saying things to someone but it is hard to disagree with most of his reasons against you. I speak basically because of what i have seen on the property forum against lawyer and this constant name calling and destroy at all cost syndrome you have against lawyer must stop. I am not saying you shouldnt criticize people if there is a need for it but you should go all out to try and destroy someone's character when you have no proof or the person has done nothing to you. If you doubt it, take a peek in the property forum and see what people say about him. Naturally, it is always good to analyse things from both sides of the argument before you pass judgement so i have taken pains to analyse the posts of lawyer and the offensive comments from other people and i can see you personally have a vendatta against lawyer with your comments. It is obvious since lawyer abandoned Nairaland , you have been the only one bashing and battering lawyer ceaselessly even though he hasn't come back to to argue with you and i bet for everytime he is being pressured by people who love him on Nairaland, seeing your unkind and nasty criticisms against him is enough to make him recoil into his shell as you so put it. For the avoidance of doubt, i will show you the nasty things you keep on refering to when he hasnt offended you that much for me to know that you have taken it personal with him contrary to your denials.

This comment is just below the belt in my own opinion and very very uncalled for. Your extending your insults to the other Nairaland posters who appreciate him and your here saying he is under the impression that he is such a big shot whereby i have gone through your own posts, and i havent seen anything there to make people want to fawn over you or that you have educated anybody on any issue that is earth shattering. Your just out to continue belittling him and honestly your the one pouring out the insults so far and the one been very immature .

The problem is that those his fans are not allowing him to concentrate. That area of town he is selling is a big risk. I truly bought and lost three plots there. Another friend lost ten cool plots. She sold her plots at Crown Estate to pay for the ten. Another lost his own land plus they knocked down a house he had already started building.

Lawyer asked me to name the family and all that but I decided not to when I saw where he implied I must have done something wrong to make them take back the land. That was too annoying. I knew he and his fans will never believe me and will only use the information to abuse me even more since they have already decided I lost the plots due to my stupidity.

You made an allegation in the previous post and lawyer if i can recall correctly challenged you to provide evidence and because he said you must have done something wrong, you got annoyed. What is so hard in clarifying how they took your lands there and what family did it according to lawyer? At least you were bold enough to post it that someone / somepeople took your lands and you still dont want to show who did it and your afraid Nairalanders will abuse you due to your own stupidity? I find that hard to believe that Nairaland posters will not abuse you due to your stupidity since you refused to clarify your allegations but rather hiding under the shadow of being afraid of being abused.

The point i am trying to make is that, you dont go about badgering and bludgeoning people ceaselessly to prove a point. I dont know lawyer from anywhere and i rarely visit the property section but i take more interest in the business section where is has been so outstanding to many people requiring information about company formation and doing it for free and seeing someone attacking him ceaselessly trying to prove a point boils my heart especially when he is not here to defend himself is truely annoying. So far so good, alot of people have been praising him for his good works and i am sure he earned it not because he had an over bloated ego of himself as you so cruelly put it but because of his selflessness. I am sure he acknowledges his mistakes atimes because no one is perfect but when you continue to hammer and hammer a person who has ignored both you and the people he has been serving selflessly for a long time, then We know it is not only personal but something deeper and its you that should check your pride and let it go. There are no winners but losers because i doubt if you are ready to step up and continue from where lawyer stopped by providing all these enriching articles for everyone to devour free of charge and if your not going to do it, please, dont put sand in our garri and prevent the good things that we have been enjoying until you came into the picture.

My own is the business blogs and i will be extremely pissed if i dont get my business company formation updates due to you and your unnecessary badering of lawyer. Just let it go and ignore both lawyer and the business and property section. We stand to lose more not having lawyer around than not having you around. There is even no basis for the comparison between you and lawyer. Its a total Landslide. Just free the man abeg
