You Really want us to engage but noooo....

This recent event will tell una SS/SE are angry......igbos too are angry.........

How can we have one south comprising of SS/SE/SW but all the time SW is always praying a betraying and backstabbing role.......claiming is wise politics.....very unfair......

Nobody wants to engage una in that antics again............

SS/SE has discovered is useless to allie with una again.......coz una go still go leak every plan to north.......

My brother( I shouldn't have called u dat but anyway)......if u see truth talk one........

South would have been stronger if not for SW unnecessary betrayals and actions......so I don't see any need for them to cry now......no reason........bro......
buhahahahahahaha grin

you were not born ten years ago. you were born yesterday cheesy

which one south? guy no kill me with laugh o

between 2011-2015 the southwest was in tinubu's palm. all southwest states except Ekiti and ondo were ACN under tinubu. ACN had strong structure in the two PDP States (ondo and Ekiti). the same tinubu Jonathan dragged to the CCT? ACN is the backbone of APC in the south west so how were you expecting PDP to win in opposition strong hold?

Party politics aside. let's look at the Yorubas generally. The fuel subsidy protests in 2012 was championed by Yorubas. Yorubas were the major critics of Jonathan's government. Even here on Nairaland Yorubas were very vocal against Jonathan. When he came to the south west giving cash to the kings and traditional rulers Yorubas on Nairaland told you the tactics will fail and Jonathan will never win the southwest.

so how were you still expecting Yoruba support?

so a man told you long before election he won't give you his vote and you still call him a betrayer after he gives his vote to someone else? it's a miracle Jonathan even got up 40% of the votes in states like Oyo, Osun and Ogun.

pls explain how we betrayed you again

Ya the truth is that I never wanted to see sw alienated in pdp as they did to igbos in their apc but lets check these facts

1. What is the possibility that pdp will take over power from an incumbent in 2019? Little. Now after 2019 and pdp loses, the west will rob it on igbo faces that they have control of both apc and pdp. We cant have that. Let both apc and pdp be in hands of 2 SS people.
2. What has the west done for pdp b4 to warrant handing pdp over to them? Little. The west has been the biggest disstabilizer of pdp in history.
3. Can pdp win an election with out the west? Yes it happened in 1999
yes PDP won without the southwest in 1999 when OBJ got 70% of northern votes. can Atiku even get 40% of northern votes against PMB? the answer is no

I am now waiting for all the APC in name but PDP in blood senators like Saraki Melaye to leave too
saraki won't go back to PDP. it's easier for him to stay in APC and target senate presidency again in 2019. if he moves to PDP he can never get the presidential ticket cos he's just a Yoruba man masquerading as a northerner. whichever way you want to see it in 2019 PMB will win provided the southwest doesn't get VP ticket for PDP

lmao so you think atiku will have a landslide victory in the north? grin something tells me you were born 10yrs ago.

the southwest will vote PMB and PMB will win 60% of the vote in the North to get the presidency.

Rubbish.....

Yoruba has never supported pdp b4 and are we mad to vote ochibanjo......... A fake pastor with 17millions budget allocation for kitchen spoons.
you don't want to engage Yorubas yet you keep calling us out.

what's the meaning of betrayal? was there an alliance between the southwest and south east/ south south prior to 2015 election that made the way we voted on 2015 betrayal?

the way ibos keep shouting betrayal all over the cyberspace is just so funny grin they don't even know the meaning of the word. smh

By the way, how many PDP stalwarts in SW can even deliver their ward?
Counting from Baba to Bode George and the likes. Most time, majority ofg the SW that have voted PDP, voted out of political consciousness.
I love this question. when we tell the emotional cry babies PDP is dead in the southwest they start hyperventilating and ranting. now that SW PDP has been weakened further by the charade called an election PMB is set to win the next election.

why?
political conscious Yorubas like myself will chose the lesser evil. a corrupt atiku in PDP the party of thieves shouldn't be allowed anywhere near the treasury.

we just need PDP to do one more thing for us. give the VP ticket to the SE. then PMB get 70% of southwest votes

1999: Most Yoruba's voted against OBJ/PDP and massively for Falai/APP/AD

2003: Yoruba's voted massively for OBJ/PDP and all AD governors lost their states except Tinubu who was wiser.
it's public knowledge Yorubas were the main critics of OBJs government just like ffk is doing to buhari now. if criticism isn't opposition then what is opposition?

Yolibat / SW Political burial continues in earnest. In 2015, We stopped Gbajabiamila from being House of Reps Speaker. Do you still hear him shout? His loudmouth has been tamed, tbat is what we plan for the SW. To tame them permanently and discipline them.

The ipob joker is not disputing the fact that Ogun state is more industrialized than his SE village, he's just saying they own more village cottage and backyard 4x4 industries.

He's puerile mentality is ok with the fact that Ogun has more industries than his village as long as they are not owned by Yoruba people. It's all about tribalism and not the obvious realities that it makes zero difference per owners, it's all about development, job creation and IGR and this is why Ogun state's IGR is more than all their SE villages combined.

These are lowly and backward thinking people.

I'm 100% sure you have not cross River-Niger, we are talking of indigenous industries, Anambra is leading state with highest concentration of indigenous industries in Nigeria

http://thenationonlineng.net/osinbajo-anambra-nigerias-industrial-hope/

Osinbajo: Anambra is Nigeria’s industrial hope

Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo has said Anambra State is the industrial hope of Nigeria.

The vice-president spoke yesterday during his one-day visit to Nnewi and Onitsha, the state’s major commercial cities.

Osinbajo visited Chicason Group, Pokobros Group, Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company, among others.

The professor of law described the Chairman and Chief Executive of Chicason Group, Dr Chika Okafor as one of leading industrialists in Africa.

He assured that the Federal Government would address power and foreign exchange challenges to mitigate the harshness industrialists faced.

Osinbajo said the Federal Government was passionate about supporting local manufacturers to excel, not only in Anambra but across the country.

He said the Muhammdu Buhari administration would give companies the necessary support they needed to succeed.

Osinbajo said the government had also adopted a policy of buying locally manufactured goods to encourage local manufacturers.

The vice-president added that during the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting on Wednesday the government ordered that Innoson vehicles be distributed to the Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC).

At Chicason Group in Nnewi, he said: “I’m inspired; I’m impressed by what is happening here at Chicason Group, especially the number of people employed by his companies. President Buhari is more inspired.”
He expressed delight at the productivity level in Nnewi, saying the industrial heartland of Nigeria.

Osinbajo said: “I have heard and seen many of the Innoson Motors in Abuja as well as many other goods produced in companies, like Chikason, Tummy Tummy and other business concerns in Nnewi.

“I was at Onitsha before coming to Nnewi. I must state that I am overwhelmed by the level of ingenuity, creativity and productivity of the manufacturers here.

“The vehicles produced at IVM are top quality. I have equally seen the large number of young men and women employed by these concerns.[/quote]keep making a fool of yourself. first yohfoolishly jumped into conclusion that I've not crossed river Niger before.

it's a known fact. Ogun is more industrialised

Okupe is very right on this but most yorubas on this forum are too myopic to see it. If the yorubas fail to clinch the national chairmanship of pdp, they should not blame anybody but themselves.
How can the other five geopolitical zones be begging one zone to discuss among themselves and come up with one candidate and yet, they refuse. Strangers are now begging brothers to reconcile.

Also, okupe is right that the yoruba race have never got it right politically. Am happy he stated it here for the present indomie generation who feel like political masters, that Obasanjo in 1999 to 2007 was president without the input of yorubas. Yorubas actually backed Olu Falae of AD/APP alliance but the south east, south south and North central rallied behind obj whom his people rejected.
you appeared very intelligent in your first paragraph until you goofed in the second when you said Yorubas never got it right politically. we chose to play opposition for 16yrs and we gt it right in 2015. that's takes courage. the south east has only been out of the equation for two years and they ate already wailing like life starts and ends with 2015 election.

if things don't favour us in 2019 or beyond we'll gladly go back and have a regional party that gave us meaningful development as against a ruling party that had 16yrs and failed the country
