Autos / Re: Nissan Xterra Or Pathfinder: Which Is Cheaper To Maintain? by jakaiso(m): 12:40am On Jun 13, 2012
Last year, I was about to buy a Pathfinder-but ended buying Xteraa-here in the USA that is.But I am suprised that @Chuksonu said its fuel consumption is good. How many miles is Benin to Enugu?
Compared to the Ford Explorer the mpg on this Xteraa is terrible, its barely 15 miles per gallon.Or maybe the one that is shipped to Nigeria is modified to enhance its fuel productivity.
Anyway...if anyone is interested in buying one-please let me know-I am planning to ship mine to Nigeria later this year,

Politics / Re: A Nigerian Revolution Is A Total Waste Of Time And Energy by jakaiso(m): 3:15am On Sep 02, 2011
Blackteeth-if you study revolutions that came about from Russia to Ameria to France to China to Ghana-it was always because the vast majority of the populace came to the realisation that they had lived as idiots and had been taken as fools by a minority who actually themselves were fools because if they werent they would have allowed the general populace common basic rights.
In France in the 18th century, over 90% of the people lived in abject poverty-while the royal family lived in obscence opulence. If the King wasnt a fool-he would have seen the suffering of the people and allowed them access to basic rights instead of throwing one party after another at his many palaces

In America, the English King would have listened to the cries of those in the American colonies and reduced the taxes.

In Russia-the royal family should have learnt from what happened in France just about 100 years earlier and listened to the people

Likewise in China,Cuba,Ghana and elsewhere where revolutions were successful.

In all these countries a minority of fools took the majority as capitives denying them common basic neccessities while they swimed in unbridaled pleasure.

Despite the vast number of languages and tribes in Nigeria, THERE WILL be a revolution in Nigeria.
History has shown that this is what ALWAYS happens in every nation with the kind of events that we have -it just might mean a division of the country. The only thing that will prevent this is a strong leader for whom money is not a goal.No matter the intentions of most of Nigeria's leaders-when they get to power and see the opulence and power, they forget their pre-government rantings and begin to feast. Not all of course we have had a few exceptions and that is where the little hope lies that just maybe-bloodshed will be avoided.
Revolutions dont always need a central organizing committe or planners. While this was the case in Russia, Cuba and China; the revolutions in the USA and France were almost instanteaous.
In France, it took just one child been crushed by the carriage of a nobleman one afternoon, a riot started and the Bastille prison was sacked by the rioters-thus began the revolution and the gullotines.
In Ghana, it was just one man who inspired a few other soldiers by his courage and sincerity. They broke into the cell where he had been jailed, overthrew the government and brought him out to lead the revolution.
Till today John Rawlings (and his wife) despite his human failings still only has one house, two cars and one motor bike.

Business / Re: Can Any Tell Me How To Turn N3,500 Into N50,000 Per Month by jakaiso(m): 8:55am On Aug 07, 2011
obxddon -why dont you want to pay for training material-if it works and there is money back gurantee-then its worth it.People have a right to get a payment on their knowledge.

OP-earnfast-yes you can turn N3500 to N50,000-you can even turn it to N1 Million or more. The first step is to turn your N3500 to N3600 or N4000 or N5000- start simple, keep it simple and it will be simple.
Take a look at 5 possibilities of several businesses you can start with N3500

1)Nairaplus and Gbestbiz have given good suggestions.
2) Look for some business owner, school, church, organization etc that currently does not have a website-whom you can EASILY approach-offer to help them reserve and preserve their domain name-pay N1500  for it and charge them N5000 including a free webpage ( you can use a free web hosting and free web design tools for this)  so that it can serve as landing page.Do this for two people-including N500 for browsing charges and you have made N10,000. Then take that to the next step.
3) Make friends with a major vendor or road vendor who sells newsmagazines or newspapers. On a N150 newspaper or magazine-they make between N10-N50.Then look for as many people in your area who buy these magazines or newspapers,.Explain your financial situation to them and 'beg' or convince them to let you be the one who supplies them.
Invest your N3500 after taking out tfare and a bottle of N300 fruit juice for the vendor, in getting these magazines and papers and you could turn your N3500 TO N5000 withing your first week.
4) Go to the Port and go and buy a CRT computer monitor for N1800 or less and resell for N4000.
5)Pay N2000 to a computer tech to teach you how to upgrade computers including windows installation- ( any tech can teach this to you in less than 2 hours and in just 4 consecutive days-you can master this).Create a list of 50 people you know who have desktops or laptops and offer to help them make their computers work faster and perform better. This will include increasing memory (the vast majority of computer owners are using 50% or less of the maximum memory possible on their PCs) increasing hard drive size, re-installing windows, removing viruses.
Within 4 weeks of your training-you can have convinced 10 of your 50 prospects and at N1500 a head -minus cost of hardware-would have made N15,000 from your original N3500.Then not only work to convince the other 40-get the first 10 who signed up for your service to get you referals.

Bros-what the mind of man can concieve-the mind of man can achieve.I didnt say that-Napoleon Hill did and the Bible even implies it.
So dont let anyone hold you back-including yourself-you can turn N3500 to N50,000 and even go beyond that.
