Note, my buyer didn't come from nairaland.
Thank you Its better to sell on a marketplace though where you have people bidding for your site and the highest bidder wins |

Website/Domain flipping is one of the best ways to make money on the internet. Many people start blogs, ecommerce sites and other online properties with the hope of making money. However, they are not prepared for the hardwork it takes to runs these sites successfully. The countles hours to write articles, the research involved, the regular updating of content etc. After a while when the profit is not coming in as expected, they quit, thereby making all their investment go down the drain. With time, they refuse to renew the hosting service or the domainname expires. I However, they never knew they lost a goldmine. That a website does not make money does not mean it has no value. Short, memorable, keyword rich and brandable domains are equally profitable. If you have such domain or a great website, then you can sell it @ www.flipit.com.ng, Nigeria's website an domain marketplace where sellers meet buyers. Nigerianboi1960: Evidence Found in The Unearthed Coffin of the First Pope In History; Allegedly Proves That Jesus Did Not Exist
The mummy of Pope St. Pius I is one of the best preserved in the history of mankind. His corpse was not embalmed, it was mummified naturally for a period of about 1,700 years. His remains are considered a true discovery for science, because even though during life he suffered from cardiovascular diseases, gallstones, gout, diabetes, caries and tuberculosis, these organs preserved very well. Pope St. Pius I is considered as the first official Pope. He was born in Aquilea, Italy. And he died in 155, and was buried in the beautiful cathedral of Aquileia. Much later, in the year 1789 the building of the cathedral was demolished. The coffin of the Pope was opened and everyone was surprised by the fact that the body was in perfect condition. Finally the body was transferred to a chapel in the year 1875. Studies say there are several reasons why the body has been preserved in such a good way. First because he was naturally mummified thanks to the air between the months of November and December, which are the coldest of the year and because of the large amount of plants and humidity inside the crypt. But until 2010 scientists had no possibility to study the remains carefully. The coffin’s pillow and mattress were filled with plants and vegetables that gave off a strong smell, probably to hide the smell of the corpse, but also to preserve it. There were lavender, mint, hops and juniper berries. ” However, the most surprising thing was that they found a plenty of documents narrating different versions of the alleged life of the son of God, Jesus of Nazareth The discovery suggests that senior leaders of the Catholic Church hid the evidence that proves that the history of the Messiah was only an invention to carry out the purposes of the order. Among the documents could be found the stories of hundreds of prophets who had a life very similar to that of Christ, among which stand out the figures of Horus, Mithra, Krisna, Dionysius, etc. After the find, a large number of versions about what actually happened with Jesus emerged. Science, on the other hand, claims that there is evidence to prove the existence of Jesus the man, but not as the life of the supposed son of God, that the narrative was created from the life of other prophets and different cultures of the world. Bed time stories...too late |

OkCornel: As per the bolded, you are the one adding to God's word.
Despite the prosperous era of Israel in the era of Solomon where gold was common and silver was very very easy to get. The items to be tithed never changed from Crops and Livestocks to gold and silver. Even after Solomon's era...Malachi emphasized tithe was foodstuffs, Jesus also stated it to be produce from crops in Matthew 23v23
My question to you is that God who clearly gave the instructions on what to be tithed never changed it, why does man want to counter God's instruction to change tithes from crops and livestocks into money?
If you want to tithe according God's instruction, please do it as He said it should be done. Y Do not add to God's words. Thank you. So please tell those who are doing TAP challenge to tithe strictly food items and not money as they are already doing |

When they want to deceive you in Sunday school ...they will be pointing to white and telling you that holy spirit says it is red and you will shout amen. Show me in the bible where tithing is not obligatory. You are very contentious and I don't have your time. I am not into your argument about tithing or not tithing. I hope you have read your bible in plain English not to blaspheme against the Holy Spirit. |
Christianity Etc › Re: Tithe Against Poverty Challenge By Daddy Freeze by Jalive: 12:51am On Dec 13, 2017 |
rejosom: Fine,
Thanks for being honest... That's what you were thought in Sunday school. It us not the Bible. First, no where in the bible is it written that tithe is not a law. Every law is obligatory.
2nd...You don't really need the holy spirit to understand plain English. There are Bible versions written in plain English, pick them up and read for yourself with your brain and not with the brain of your Sunday school teacher. You can argue all you like about tithing or not tithing. Please don't bring the Holy Spirit into it. Jesus said in plain English that He is our Teacher. It is good to read different versions of the bible and get knowledge, but revelation is given by The Holy Spirit. " But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you" John 14:26 |

FTrebirth: ok, before you misunderstand me...i'm not disputing the fact that God has called and still calls certain people to do His work, and only Him knows how they're selected.
and since we're Christians, we're supposed to be followers of Christ, right? in the past, Jesus Christ chose his disciples indiscriminately - and some were even unwilling to follow him initially. but save for judas (who had been condemned to betray him) they all walked the earth with him throughout his ministry and shared in his joys and sufferings. but never for once did Jesus make himself a rich man nor belittled his disciples as common sidekicks. in fact, he showed them the perfect model of leadership by washing their feet one after the other and drying them with a clean towel. subsequently, other apostles followed his humble direction throughout their ministries, like silas, peter, philemon, jude, john. these guys were never rich men! in fact, paul aka saul who used to be a well-respected persecutor of Christ's followers (he ordered the stoning of stephen) had to abandon his high position to serve God; he humbled himself and endure pains and torture till the end of his missionary journeys.
those are just examples...and i'm not saying God's servants should be poor and wretched.
but if you look at the crop of pastors we have today, especially in nigeria, you would be tempted to doubt God's existence because they're not doing His will and they're not following Jesus' footsteps. they advertise miracles and wonders (i'm yet to see one that will heal a confirmed mad man or cure an HIV patient) and barely preach salvation, drive exotic cars, move about with armed escorts, buy private jets and always emphasize on the need to pay tithes. they appear extremely rich and sophisticated but the average member of their congratulation is poor. I'm glad you understood my point on the call, divine provision and the blessing of the called. On your point about flamboyance and affluence, what we fail to understand is that its an individuals preference. In a family of 5 children, no matter how strict their parents are, all will not have the same level of modesty or character. Even identical twins don't have the same character traits. So, also our men of God. All will not have same outlook. They are humans just like us though they are called of God. Dont expect someone who grew up a contemporary (ajebutter) young guy to become conservative (pako) because God called him. And dont think some conservative people dont have more money than those who flaunt. Its just individual personality. Do I support excess? No. But then, you cant tell people how to spend their money as long as you dont have proof its ill gotten. On the poor, its unfortunate but the reality of life is that you will always have the poor around. No government in he world has been able to eradicate poverty. There are many reasons why people are poor. The word poor is first a mindset. It is never supposed to be a permanent state all through an individuals life. So people cant always blame the church for those who remain perpetually poor. There are people who were poor at a point, got committed to God and started serving in church and over time, things changed for good. |

FTrebirth: LOL! you're very funny.
so, are you saying that a jobless, poor man can become a multi-millionaire tomorrow because he received God's calling to open a church and use gullible members of the congregation to make enrich himself?
i really want to know why you believe these men were actually called by God. Firstly, i'm not a member of COZA, so whatever am saying is not in defence of Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo. I speak generally on the call of God. Does God call people? Yes He does. Jesus called Peter, Paul and the other Apostles. We have chritianity in Nigeria and most parts of the world because those whom God called at that time responded to the call of God. God is still calling people. And He is a faithful God. If He calls. He makes provision. The mindset that we were fed with that Pastors have to be poor is from the Devil. Why will God make His servants poor? Please read the words of Jesus: ''Then Peter began to say unto him, Lo, we have left all, and have followed thee. And Jesus answered and said, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that hath left house, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my sake, and the gospel's, But he shall receive an hundredfold now in this time, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions; and in the world to come eternal life." FTrebirth: give me money to buy land first. Are you called of God to start a church? Do you want to scam me? Thats the same way majority of Pastors too didn't have money to start their ministries. They walked by faith, prayed and depended on God. They gave up all to follow the Lord. The Lord makes provison for them because He called them. God does not abandon those He calls. |

just get yourself an easily accessible site to build the church. you don't have to plaster the walls or paint it yet...but build a wide pulpit and get yourself a mic and large speakers that can be heard 2 miles from the building.
go to a good babalawo and buy spiritual powers that you can use to perform miracle like casting demons and speaking gibberish in the tongues of unknown languages.
get yourself a nice pair of suits and solid shoes.
you're made! Since you know all these, why haven't you started your own church since? |

Make we open our eyes.
There is no single biblical backing for Christian tithing. Tithing is for the Jews and Jews alone. Even Jews of today don't tithe because there is no temple anymore. It is now you a who claim not to be under the law that the law of tithing is bound.
Muru anya o. Use that 10% to reduce the number of poor people in Nigeria. Glad u know ministers if God are not poor and lazy. They are wise toiling day and night on how to twist the bible to suite their selfish agenda. Where did they get tithe is for the minister's welfare from?

IMASTEX: Jesus emphasized on giving, love, mercies & charity. Presenting freewill at the same time. If the church could hold unto the earlier mentioned. The world would be a better place. Christianity was brought to Africa via service rendering of love. I.e the missionary brought, free healthcare, free school, free shelter, etc. People saw that their needs were been taking care of in love without demanding anything in return. This act convinced the people to freely and easily accept Christianity. Not this present day church arrangement of greed.
