For now,down atiku
No way. I give victory to Atiku based on evidences provided by PDP/Atiku at the Tribunal.

Over to the tribunal.

Inec's image has always been battered so no need protecting anything.atiku should repair his own image.

You are clearly not used to court processes, inec is doing a normal thing.plus inec is not saying it wants to give judgment,it is giving the tribunal good reasons to through out the petition.inec has already gone through the result sheets and petition hence the summary above.atiku has failed
I'm happy you agree with me @ bolded.

Atiku has not failed UNTIL the Tribunal gives final judgment.

I just read 2003,2007 and 2011 presidential tribunal judgments.it took me hours.buhari provided far more compelling and damaging evidence and facts.buhari called close to 1000 witnesses with half being voters who are the strongest source of testimony.they even alleged disenfranchisement which is very grave.buhari provided evidences from 30 states.he provided specimen of ballot papers which and election materials showing double and triple dating, showinf that they were pre-thumbprinted.videos of massive thumbprinting, violence, intimidation were tendered.unticked and unsigned registers were all placed before the tribunal, these is far more than what atiku provided the court but buhari failed.why won't atiku fail?
Change is possible.

If we want true democracy, we must unanimously speak against election corruption.

You are the one not getting it.the highlighted post destroyed atiku's petition
Only the Tribunal can give the final verdict, NOT INEC.

The Tribunal will go through the INEC result sheets which PDP used in its analysis to know the truth. INEC is only trying very hard to protect its battered image.

Just because she is suspected of leaking the memo that Baba Lifeless was behind the reinstatement of that pension criminal called Maina.

Worst president ever.
Like Kemi Adeosun, former minister of finance, was forced to resign.
This Aso Rock Cabal has destroyed this country.

It seems either you have comprehension challenges or up to some mischief.

Read INEC's submission again:

" "Thereafter, the petitioners proceeded to break down this allegation State by State.

“However, a cursory appraisal of paragraph 155(4) of the petition dealing with this allegation of ‘posting wrong results’ to the non-existent 1st Respondent’s server and not the wrongful entry of the results in the physical /manual Form EC8 series.

“The most astonishing part is that the petitioners failed to call witnesses who were at the various Units to observe these various alleged anomalies."
Seems you are the one hard of comprehension.

INEC had already declared Buhari winner before PDP petitioned and Tribunal put in place to provide justice. So, what rubbish is INEC spewing up there? Is INEC the tribunal to disqualify Atiku's petition?

If those are the polling units PDP/Atiku needed to prove the case of election illegality, why bother yourself about others?

The Inec stated non of Atiku witnesses was able to substantiate that as they all claimed that election was largely peaceful and conducted properly.

Inaddition, Atiku failed to explain how the sheets he submitted to the petition affected the final results from the state. i.e he might have only selected the results sheets of the polling station he won to propagate falsehood.

The only thing Atiku's witnesses were alone to raise was the issue of a central sever, which is not backed by any constitution.

So has no case against the INEC.
You have forgotten that PDP applied and got those result sheets from INEC itself? PDP gave the analysis of the discrepancies in the result from polling units and the final result sheets used by INEC. Baring those discrepancies, Atiku should have been declared winner and NOT Buhari.

This inec's lawyer is good

He stated Non of Atiku witnesses were able to substantiate any wrong doing on the part of inec.

Which is true
PDP got the result sheets from INEC, so no other better witness than INEC itself.

The lawyer is wrong for playing to a written script by APC, to use every unprofessional means, to deny PDP victory.

Anyway, the Tribunal has the final say. Until judgment.

The educational system we inherited from our colonial masters, which we still are using till date, is what makes us THINK that THEORIES have no PRACTICAL application. This is the reason an Electrical Engineer speaks about "theories" with eloquence but if you ask him to wire a 2 - bedroom flat, he cannot. This same mentality is what we have taken into our Religious houses thinking that it is just THEORY and not something for us to live our lives by.

I dare to be different. If your knowledge is not applied, you are no different from the one that knows not!
Making money does not require too much theory otherwise professors of economics would have dominated the Forbes List of world richest men. That's all I'm saying.

With the level of fall of this market, one need not be too afraid to pick some stocks.

There is such a thing as the TIME VALUE OF MONEY.

If the bus go take time to get back on the right track, my brother, CUT THE LOSS 'cos you really might not be able to tell where the bottom would be. For those that like going on adventures, you might stay and try to find out how deep the rabbit hole goes.

Again, I repeat, there is a time value of money.
Too much theories about money make great opportunities pass us by...

The problem is that most of you don't know your history so when a smart Alec is cheating you, you don't even know.

By establishing RUGA in that christian area, total islamic take over is on the way. Its just a matter of time.

Buhari's tactics of diversion of attention, while he plants his foreign fulani brothers in all nooks and crannies of Nigeria in preparation for the total islamisation.

I don''t know why this anti-nationalism by Buhari and the need for his impeachment is overlooked by the national assembly.
