You collected constituency development fund. The people want to see the development. grin

Constitutionally nothing concerns legislatures with constituency development. That is the job of the executive. Apart from making laws, they are supposed to ensure that the items in the budget of the executive are carried out to the letter. But the legislatures cut corner to collect their share through constituency development fund and abandon their monitoring role hence abandoned projects everywhere.

Please if you know how many plots are in the diagram...kindly tell the op, the op is not asking about how to calculate a plot or using autocad. The simple question is "how many plots are there in the diagram"?
GBAM!

This is why the black man can not progress. Simple question and they will set up a committee to lecture on how to do it instead of doing it. I doff my hat for those who did it jare, whether right or wrong is another matter..

As for me, I dont know how to do it, so I only came to learn.

Politics › Re: Underdevelopment In Africa: What Is The Cause? by jamace(m): 9:05pm On Dec 11, 2016
Africans are the cause of Africa's undevelopment. Africans, particularly the educated ones, who sadly become leaders are wicked, selfish and very corrupt in all ramifications. Their education is a curse to them because they do the opposite of what the books say. They see themselves as lords and not servants of the people. Maybe, Africans need recolonisation.

Jobs/Vacancies › Re: 9 Jobs In Nigeria That Dont Require A University Degree by jamace(m): 7:26am On Dec 08, 2016
Icecomrade:
9. POLICE CADET INSPECTOR
Maximum annual salary: N1 million

Reason why our Nigeria Police Force is so useless.

How would a government engage illiterates in a job as critical as this.

Give them guns and leave Nigerians at their mercy.

What's wrong in engaging only graduates into our police force?

At highlighted, my brother, being educated is no longer a guarantee in Nigeria that any one will do his job to specification.
I will give examples:
1. This is university admission time for universities in Nigeria, go and see how Masters degrees/Phd holders are tweaking scores to ensure their candidates gain admission over and above a more qualified candidate without godfather.
2. Our political appointees are flashing intimidating credentials on paper but wreck their offices because of corruption.
3. Pastors/Imams are supposed to be learned in the word of God/Allah but they are more worldly than those who do not claim such positions.
4. Accountants at various levels are educated but they smuggle the monies under their care for personal benefits.
5. Engineers of all types do substandard jobs in order to feather their nest at the detriment of their clients.
6. ...and so on.

In summary, of what use is a Phd degree holder who runs public office/business aground for selfish reasons?
I tell you most solemnly, presently, higher education is not the answer to Nigeria's problem but citizens who have MORALITY/INTEGRITY.
Politics › Re: Kogi State Commissioner For Agriculture Resigns. by jamace(m): 6:05am On Dec 08, 2016
Surely, he could not withstand the corruption in that state.

Kogi state is the only state in Nigeria where politicians/civil servants are proud to be corrupt. No wonder the state capital, Lokoja looks like a glorified town.
