Why was Jega swift in sending investigative panel to Rivers while similar complaint about under-age voters in the north did not attract such alacrity?

Now lets say u v a signal to go long @ 1.2300 on E/U n u r using a 30 mins or say 1 hour... what will u do if u check other higher timeframe for S/R n noticed something like this; 4 hours - 1.2331 to 1.2352, Daily - 1.2342 to 1.2384, Weekly - 1.2388 - 1.2402.....
That's wat i called a strong hold......
