Politics › Re: N15bn Approved For Anti-oil Theft Equipment by jamace(m): 2:18pm On Sep 20, 2013
The oil theft takes place in Nigeria not on the high seas. What they do on the high sea(Togo Triangle) is trading/transfer of crude from one ship to another
Thank you jare.

Many agencies have been tasked and equipped to secure our waters and oil, yet oil theft continues unabated. The security agencies know the oil thieves and the federal govt know them too..
Politics › Re: N15bn Approved For Anti-oil Theft Equipment by jamace(m): 12:03pm On Sep 20, 2013
solomon111: Nigeria loses more than $4billion annually to oil thefts.
I5 billion naira is not even enough to buy the required equipments like war-ships and frigates fitted with modern missile and electronic systems to monitor the entire gulf of guinea where most of these thefts take place.
Where is the Nigerian Navy and their vessels and equipment? What about the equipments purchased and used by the Presidential Implementation Committee on Maritime Security and Safety? Or is NIMASA also dead? huh

Some persons are are just advising govt in order to get their own cut of the national cake. For all I know, any equipment necessary to monitor our waters is already available in this country. The various agencies involved in maritime security and safety are only playing safe by hiding the truth. They have the equipments and they know the oil thieves.

Because he heard that TOMPOLO has bought a private jet, he too wants to be relevant so that govt will bribe him to buy a private jet too.

Bros, tell your friend to RUN with his bride sharp sharp. In fact, he should stop going to that pastor's church. That pastor is interested in testing the thing between her legs. Never trust a pastor that makes that kind of enquiry from your bride.

We have very dangerous pastors these days who specialise in CUNNING WAYS to tap current from other peoples flowers in the name of CLEANSING them.

Honestly, Oga GEJ, you are doing a great job in transforming Nigeria. However, the only area you are not doing well is FIGHTING CORRUPTION. Empower the EFCC and task the Minister of Justice to bring offenders to book. Politicising the fight against corruption will not take us out of the mess.

Wow!! shocked shocked So sad sad sad

This shows how incompetent our leaders are at all levels, both political and military leaders. Why should there be a last minute change of operational plan without informing troops ALREADY deployed for the operation? I am bitter that the ogas at the top always think of financial benefits to themselves instead of the overall interest and objective. As far as I'm concerned, who ever cancelled the aerial bombardment plan at the last minute is a saboteur and should be court martialled. angry

RIP, gallant soldiers. sad cry
