The old scheme is unsustainable, if they insist on it then they have to trade off regular payments for increased amounts. Finis.Whatever it is, I think the retired and even serving military personnel are not happy with the new scheme with the anttendant hardship faced by the retired ones. AS you suggested, maybe paying off should be adopted if the govt feels it cannot sustain the old scheme. It is in the interest of the govt to take action now and shouldn't wait until the retirees have exhausted their patience, because by then it will not do the govt any good. |
Ferari90 did not write this article. Femi Adeshina did. Forget who Ferari09 supports and comment on an article that identifies correctly how Jonathan is attracting the "endorsement" of the AGIP's (any Government in power) who are historically on record for having played deleterious parts, at various stages in our history, that has led to the Nigeria we have today. It is not healthy for any candidate to have the support of so many enemies of progress. They have seen something in Jonathan that makes them feel he is 'worth' supporting. Thanks for that. What I'm trying to say here is that ferari90 only post anti-GEJ articles, whether from himself or else where, Now in respect of Uncle GEJ using some people who are AGIP, eliminating the old praise singers will take some time. Having all new, all vibrant youths is easy where democracy is practised as it is supposed to be, I mean a matured democracy. And as you know, we are just about starting a credible democracy. That is the more reason I'm against old politicians who have ruled this country before and want to come back. I want this country to move forward. |
OBJ (and in deed other old bald heads) held sway in eras when election rigging was the order of the day. He is less relevant in present dispensation. Nigerians are ready to challenge anybody who wants to rubbish the country. I'm happy votes will be counted on the spot, therefore everybody will defend his/her vote. We shall see. |
@AfrikaGood job. You really know IBB. Maradonically intelligent. That is why he will tell you Abiloa's election annulment was an act |
Wonder where in Akwa Ibom this picture was taken and is the lady smiling? Too weird!Do you want a WW3? |

<<<<<<< Noise>>>>>>>>I can think of annulment of june 12 by IBB that can not be reversed. I can think of Abiola slaughtered by IBB. May Abiola's soul rest in peace. I can think of Dele Giwa slaughtered by IBB for publishing facts and figures. May Dele Giwa's soul rest in peace. I can think of how IBB killed bright and brilliant military officers in the name of purported coups. I can think of how IBB SAPped Nigerians while he was carting away our wealth to foreign banks. IBB, bloody and looter. "Be gone, be gone". No show for you again. |
How did you get the money in the first place if you do not know how to invest? |
Thank you bro, this is what i think happened to him and he's just looking for who to blame, too bad Odiaero himself did not help matters by even accepting to trade an account for someone who wanted his account doubled within a day. That is the more reason why you should suspect this odiaero of a guy. A trader of his calibre (if what he told us is true) should know that making about 20% on an account in a day is possible but it is suicidal. And for loosing about 80% in 2 days shows he is not a trader. |
Uncle GEJ is my ACE! What are those other deadwoods doing in this poll? |
Thank God it is not my own ACE. Seriously, the judiciary has failed Nigerians in the fight against corruption. As far as I am concerned, corruption and the Nigerian judiciary can be used interchangeably in discussions. Wake up, Judiciary. |

House, do you know that Ferari90 is an IBB supporter? If you know this, you won't take his write-ups serious as he is here to rubbish uncle GEJ and promote his devilish godfather, IBB. One advise to all in this forum. While it is good to be as innocent as a dove, it is also highly advisable to be as wise as a serpent. Ferari90 is a staunch lobbyist for IBB in this forum (Maybe one of those journalists who visited the hilltop mansion for IBB's brainwashing and N250K transport fare ). So, note how you view his write-ups. |
If it were to be one poor guy involved in 20K fraud, he would have been jailed long ago. Not surprising, the court will be shifting the case until the case will dissappear into thin air. And the big thief will remain the big boy. Our judges only show justice with poor helpless nigerians. Naija judiciary is a case. In fact, it seems everything in Naija is a case once a big thief is involved. |
Some people here don't understand the structure of PHCN thats why you won't appreciate what some of them are doing. PHCN has three companies, viz generation, distribution, and transmission. If you all pour abuse on the distribution workers i won't have problem with that, but not on the generation workers.Except for the highlighted, I agree with you. |
Babangida loves yoruba yet he killed one of their own.what kind of love could that be ? Where is that ferari or lamborghini of a poster ?Exactly the question I asked. This must be the devil's kind of love. |

@jamaceApart from this article, I was privileged to have listened to the public debate organised by the house committee on pensions on NTA. I recall many things cited by the military why they want to withdraw from the scheme, such as: 1. That all over the world the military does not participate in contributory pension scheme. 2. That they are facing a lot of hardship presently because the money paid to them by the PFAs was too meagre to enable them start life after service. 3. That they worked for the nation for so many years only to have their money handed over to PFAs to do biz while they remain stranded with nothing to establish themselves. 4. That there is an existing legislation which established the military pensions board and so far the military pensions board has not been scrapped, it should continue to carter for them. 4. That there is a legislation that stipulates that whenever there was increment in the salaries of those in service, the retired ones too should benefit. But with PENCOM, such increment is not applicable. 5. That their colleagues who are not in the new pension scheme collected gratuity far greater than what the PFAs are paying now as LUMP SUM. 6. That the monthly pension of colleagues of same rank not under PENCOM is about 4 times what those under PENCOM collect per month. I could recall a retired officer (Colonel, I think) complaining bitterly that after serving 35 years, he was being paid about N30,000 per month while his colleague in the old scheme collected about N120,000 per month. They were many other reasons which I can not recall at the moment. I personally will suggest that the govt look into their case and resolve it as soon as possible. |
At his age he is supposed to be giving out his stolen money to charity to cleanse him from sins while he prepares to go to the world beyond. |
I Hope the military will not attempt to go on strike if their demands are not met. |
@ jamace, please check this account that lost same day with his, it has recovered and still increasing, the account was funded with 400, i let the house know the veryday i signed the contract, i dont know why someone will come here wagging his mouth like another thing as if i collected his moneyOdiaero, I'm not saying one can not make some losses in the process of trading forex. What I'm saying is that you can't be boasting of such huge accounts you want us believe on this thread and you can not payback chicken change the complainant is talking about. Again, you claimed to be abroad but you called the complainant with a Naija line. That looks suspicious to me because it is a person with hidden agenda that tells lies about his location. Now the account in sparenfx you want me to check. I will not check it because I don't trust you. Note that accounts on platforms can be manipulated and reset with figures you like particularly if you are the owner of the site or an agent to that company. I am talking from experience. Afterall, we have many SCAM FOREX BROKERS around. Even on this thread we have many doctored fx account results. Meanwhile, the complainant has said the account officer number is no longer going through since this case hit this forum. What do you have to say about that? Odiaero, you a person of questionable character. Period. @ complainant Could you please post here the naija number he used to call you? This will enable me investigate the identity of the person with that number. I'm even doubting that his real name is concealed from you. Danny, which he used as username on the sparenfx seems more like some one bearing the name Dan or Daniel. |
The judiciary has done more harm than good to the fight against corruption in Nigeria. |

This love is highly suspect. How can IBB annul Abiola's won election and thereafter killed Abiloa to silence him forever, and you claim to love Abiola's family (the yorubas). Na wa for dis kind of love o. ![]() |
