Please I was driving and I noticed my brake light and abs came on. Then I noticed my speedometer stopped reading . The car drives fine, could it be my speed sensor?

Thanks everybody..I know about the importation thread and am a customer of chrisvicmall already. But am actually talking about the different UK, US products like Nivea roll-on, Smart collection body spray. I made this post to inform anyone that may be interested in opening an account with Geegpay and to see if there are others like me willing to share their stories. It might just be 1 out of 10 kinds of cases, but the choice is yours at the end of the day.

I have been working remotely for about six years now, and I have used a different kind of payment channel. I have used TransferWise, Payoneer, and bank wire and decided to try out Geegpay because of the flexibility, and here is my story.

My Geegpay account with a virtual USD setup, which had a balance of $52, became inaccessible to me. It was as if I never had an account there, and their support hasn't helped tell me what happened to my account or how to get my money back.

I opened an account with GeegPay around August 2022, and got successfully verified around November 2022. Since then, I have been using the account to receive my biweekly payment from my employer. This account began receiving payments on November 23, 2022 and continued until January 6, 2023. 

Before the last credit transaction, I kept a balance of $152.98 in the virtual dollar account for the first time and withdrew the big sum, Thank goodness I did. I usually don't keep anything at all because of stories like this, but I had to because of some Aliexpress purchase I wanted to make and, I had hoped to use their virtual card, which also didn't work, even before my account disappeared. 

I changed $50 twice and withdrew the Naira equivalent. On the second withdrawal, I noticed the money was getting reversed to the Geegpay naira account until I tried with another local bank account of mine, First Bank, and it was successful. Now, I am left with $52.98 as a balance. I reached out to their support to inform them of the reversal issue before I tried the First Bank alternative, and as usual, they were not helpful.

The baffling part is that I reached out to their support for help with the reversal issue on January 12, 2023, which they weren't helpful with, and I advised the CS rep, Adepeju, to stop using canned messages and try to be more helpful to customers by improving his product knowledge, and my account became inaccessible to my knowledge on January 17. Perhaps the unsolicited advice wasn't received well, Naim the guy gba mi ni disable... Lol. It will be unfortunate, though, if that's the case with a company like Geegpay.

My login details stopped working without making any changes to them. I also couldn't reset the password because it said "Resource with given detail not found," which means the user doesn't exist. After contacting support and trying to help, I was told the issue had been escalated and that I will get a response within 1 - 2 business days. That time has passed with no response. In fact, the ticket was closed with no solution to my account being inaccessible or having access to my funds. I just received a survey prompt to rate their service... Lol

I wrote to their support again and copied (CC) CBN, EFCC, and ICPC and it is 12 days today as of the time of writing this, and no response from the above. I'm not sure if this is not fraudulent enough to get a response or if I'm missing something.

I've decided to keep this here for anyone who is interested in the Geegpay service and would be wise to do their homework before depositing their salary or payment into an account that can disappear at any time without notice or explanation.

I'm thankful I didn't keep more than that. It would have been really painful. Knowing how Nigeria works, the money is gone.

Hello this two comes up whenever I pass 20km/h.

I have checked online turned steering from lock to lock. Also removed the battery and left it overnight . I tried all this from what I saw online from similar complaints but nothing yet. The steering is also not hard .

I use a C300 2010, noticed that when I step on brake when I climb high bump or even on a flat road and I try to accelerate the car wouldn’t move and act like it’s on neutral even when the instrument cluster shows drive and the gear is also on drive.

If I put of the ignition and put it on again , then drive it works.

I had happened to me twice now in the space of 3 months. What can be the issue & possible fixes.

Transmission has been serviced and gear oil isn’t oil.

Have you gone? Was it reolved?

For the engine oil or which?

Aswear i know this sound and can relate 100%. Try use thicker oil weight it would go away. I used ceratec and mine went away.

How can you be 100percent sure when You are not a mechanic and you are not even there to inspect the car physically?

@op i was once in your shoes. Car handles well but i slam on brake, it pulls to the right side.

Took it to the mechanic, i remember he removed the right front and back tyres and hit the joints/suspension or something with a rod (i actually didnt pay attention cos i thought he doesn't know what he was doing) funny thing is we tested the car and i never experience it ever again.

My guess is, something wasn't alligned or probably in place.
Definitely not your ball joint as it only happens when u press the brake pad.

It's ball joint. 100% sure. When last did u change your ball joints. If u live at an area with pot holes,u need to buy toks every 6 months,or close eye and buy brand new,max 2 years. If u stay in an area whr pot holes don't exceed 4 to 5. Then u can change ball joint every 3 to 4years. They do fail,even on smooth road sef same thing. Depends on brand of vehicle if na mini suv or sedan.

Check your brake calipers and hoses.
One of your calipers may be sticking. Could be as a result of corrosion in the caliper, bad o ring seal or a collapsed brake hose.

Failing lower ball joint. Do t waste money on alignment. Go to mechanic,tell mechanic to loose both ball joints. U will see that the grease and rubber and clip have given way.How to know,steering will feel slightly stiff with two fingers,and when u apply brakes,it's either its left or right, u enter bush,gutter,pedestrian,or straight to heaven.... It means your ball joints are now rotating anti clockwise,instead of being in one direction and soon the ball joint either driver or passengers side or both will soon embarrass u on the road. Don't just be yourself ok. Be what, Be prepared,its rainy season. Hahahaha

Hi there, please what can be the reason why my Benz C class swerves from left to right when I apply brake while on motion with a reasonable speed.

I have done the alignment, changed bushing and also checked the tyres. How can I find a solution to this?
