PoliticsRe: Saraki Appeals Code Of Conduct Tribunal Ruling by jamalsky: 7:33pm On Sep 18, 2015
I don't understand why Dr Saraki is making issues out of this very simple matter,a case has been put against him,he should go and answer ,he has a constitutional right to defend himself,so why running away or trying to make it seem that he has something to hide??he heads the senate & they summon people who answer to defend themselves as regards issues put against them,so why all the fuss from his side??The Code of conduct tribunal is a constitutional body which is carrying out it's constitutional function so he should spare us all his stories of political witch hunt ,go and defend the allegations Mr Saraki,he has not even refuted or given material facts in his press releases.
See you at the tribunal Mr Senate President Sir.

TravelRe: Main Reasons Many Are Refused Visas by jamalsky: 9:45am On Aug 26, 2015
Going through your posts and you are all doing a great job in here, assuming I had access to a blog like this I am sure I wouldn't be in the situation I am in now,let me explain things clearly,I seek you advice.
Sometime in 2003 as a young lad,I obtained a passport with my name,DOB but changed my birth year to show then I was older and applied for a UK visa, the application then was of course not well packaged and refused.
Come 2012,I got another fresh passport(the previous one had been lost for years) and I wasn't even sure as at then when I made the first application, the new passport had my exact birth details ,I could have continued using the previous false details but due to the nature of my present employment (which is sensitive) and I just felt personally that I should get it right for now & future purposes,I corrected that.
I applied for a UK visa in 2012,personally I felt it was past 10 years I applied for the first visa & from here say here and there ,I assumed that maybe the records wouldn't be with the UK embassy again,I didn't even know how to reconcile the different birth years ,so I was asked if that was my first passport I said yes and answered that I hadn't been denied a UK visa before, both were false statements and I was refused & stated that subsequent applications might be denied up a section liable for a ban.
I accept fully the liabilities and negligence for my actions and I know right now it would be almost impossible for me to get a UK visa for a long while but I want to find out the following please.
1-in this case if I was to be put on a 10 year ban,can I plead that it should be based on the period of the first application which was refused based on normal grounds that my source of income was not verified but which I admit the details of birth were false?that as the basis for the inaccurate declarations in the second application.
2-how does the above factors affect my application for visa to other western countries and the USA?
3-I now work with the Federal government of Nigeria(Presidency),my circumstances have changed drastically from the time of my previous applications, does this have any positive for any future application?
I just want to know all normal and maybe legal options open to me if any,I am not basically in a rush to visit the UK at this period but getting to a period where officially I might have to be in some western countries and would need to apply for their visas so I want to be sure not to shoot myself in the foot again and get things right and sorted out as my career might be affected at this level now.
I am open to further questions and clarifications if needed.
Thank you all for the good job,you are good Nigerians.Thanks.

God help the future of our beloved country, the issue of these kids must be dealt with as necessary, the social welfare system for unruly kids must be put back into place to attend to the peculiar needs of these criminal minded kids who could still be controlled and tamed back into normalcy. Action must start promptly cause we have a lot of these kids around all over the country now.
PropertiesRe: Fire Razed Two Buildings In Lagos by jamalsky: 10:31am On Jul 28, 2015
Better and efficient fire control policies should be put in place to avoid these occurrences. The government should be strict in enforcement of these policies & ignore wailers that wail on every government policy, Nigerians take issues for granted & the government must be firm at all times.

Hmmmm, obviously something doesn't seem right here, why didn't she report to the authorities when she was supposedly raped?social media has now become the best means to fight her rape case? She should go to appropriate authorities if she is serious, where the said incident occurred, they will still look into the matter & make real conclusions,in the mean time she should just keep quiet and sit down somewhere abegyyy.
PoliticsRe: Senate Leadership Crisis Worsens by jamalsky: 9:34am On Jul 26, 2015
Some idiots should just shut up & keep quiet,if there is case or the EFCC invites the wife of the Senate President, she should just go there & clear herself, very simple, why do we make unnecessary noise in the our country & we insist we want the country to move forward? We are all part of the problem,we are to biased and take sides with every issue as suites us at that time.9JA Shaaaaaa. ...
PoliticsRe: Buhari, John Kerry Hold Joint Press Conference (Photos) by jamalsky: 6:18pm On Jul 21, 2015
God bless you&help you achieve the change so much needed at this period of our country's history.A lot of challenges would be faced within & outside, but surely the truth would always prevail. The country has been so messed up over the past 6 years & it's all visible for us all to see,all sectors are barely functional & the Bobo harm menace has been allowed to perpetuate their evil over the past 6 years. This forum makes me understand the ethnicity & arrogant blindness of citizens of this country&why we are in this sorry state, even at our own interactive level we cannot speak the truth&tackle issues frankly but engage in petty insults & silly attitudes, the future of this country would be in a serious mess if these are the so called leaders of tomorrow.I wish the present leadership all the best, they should try the best they can, they have started well,God bless Nigeria-Amen.

FFK must you always show your stupidity?no wonder your daughter got married and you couldn't even go there, you go parading a little girl ur daughter's age around the whole place. What agenda?in case you have forgotten, the VIce president of this country today is a Yoruba man,so what the rubbish are you saying?Boko haram is an unfortunate evil created by a government of fools like yourself and of course it won't take 40 days to get rid of a rot of years Mr Olukayode as u now call yourself.Millitary checkpoints not the solution to the Boko haram problem, you people should just shut up in shame and give chance for things to be sorted out,we can all see results of the incompetence of your fellow goons.
