This election is clearly headed Peter Obi's way in a free and fair contest.

Here are some reasons why I think Peter Obi of the Labour Party will win the 2023 presidential election.

He has the largest block votes and the most widespread acceptance among voters.

1. He has the majority of the YOUTH VOTES (which is about 83% of the total voters)

2. He has the majority of the CHRISTIAN VOTES (which is about 50% of the total voters)

3. He has the majority of the SOUTHERN VOTES (which is about 40% of the total voters)

4. He has the majority of BLOCK VOTES across the country (SE, SS, NC).

Prediction: Peter Obi of the Labour Party will become the President elect on Saturday, 25th February, 2023.

Why are propagandists trying to rope both scenarios to fit their agenda? On top of a man they say cannot win?

Anyways, as for me and my family, this is the main reason why we are voting for Peter Obi of the Labour party:

Peter obi isn't perfect and obviously has some flaws.

But after comparing him with other presidential candidates, this is the only reason why I'm voting for him and the labour party:

He refused to sign the papers for his pension, gratuity, and other allowances in the tune of over 300 million naira per year.

That was after doing a fantastic job of putting the state in order, and leaving a savings of 75 billion Naira.

That alone signifies that this man has conquered greed. It signifies that he is not motivated to be in politics because of money.

Most people would feel justified to retire on the state coffers after doing a great job, but he decided to go home empty handed and leave the money for a young and upcoming state that is in dire need of finances.

As it is right now, Bola Tinubu cannot win the 2023 elections.

He cannot buy votes, he cannot mobilize support, he doesn't have a stronghold, and he cannot command a nationwide following.

In other words, he is cornered from all angles. By the powers that be and the power of the people.

The only option he has now is to instigate violence, which isn't a good path for an established politician of his status and age.

Bola Tinubu as an elder statesman from the South should as a matter of urgency work for the good of the South and Nigeria at large.

It is the turn of ordinary Nigerians to experience good governance, and it is clear that Awa lokan!

Bola Tinubu should as a matter of urgency step down for Peter Obi now!!

This is a choice between taking the path of reverence and fatherly legacy or the path of shameful defeat where even his own people will despise him.

Anyways, history will be made.

With approximately 93 million registered voters for the 2023 elections in Nigeria, politicians would require more money to buy votes and mobilize support for their candidacy.

With the new Naira scarcity, this is becoming increasingly difficult for politicians as the general elections draw closer.

Here's how much naira politicians would need to spend in vote buying and mobilization if they want to win.

Since there are 3 top contenders, a party would require at least 1/3 of the votes to guarantee a clear win.

That is a whopping 31 million votes.

If we assume an 80% accuracy, they would need approximately 24 million votes to win the election.

Now, to buy 24 million votes in cash is not beans. And that is minus the mobilization fee for support groups and other influencers on the election day.

Assuming each voter is paid 2,000 naira, it would require 2,000 X 24 million = 48 billion Naira.

Now, that's for just one political party alone!

With the CBN rumored to have printed only 300 billion Naira worth of new notes, and gradually circulating them to different states, we can guess that the total amount of new naira currently in circulation (pre-election) is about 50 billion Naira.

With 50 billion Naira in circulation, even with banks hoarding cash for their political allies, the amount left for politicians to mop up is so insignificant to affect vote buying in the general elections.

I'm guessing that politicians might have access to about 500 million naira in cash via their connection with the bank, but that is not even enough for vote buying.

Each political party would need about 40 billion Naira for vote buying if they want to really monetize and influence the election.

But the CBN is smartly acting slowly in phasing in the new currency into circulation in view of the general elections.

Safe to say that if this continues, the coming general elections would present a level playing field for all political parties, even though there would be a few successful attempts at vote buying via other transaction channels.

In my opinion, the easiest way for the CBN to enforce the cashless policy is to do away with higher denomination notes.

Eradicate N200, N500,, and N1,000.

Simply make N100 the highest naira denomination and cash based transactions would decrease drastically.

Just imagine that you want to buy a TV of 300k and you decide to pay in cash you will need a big Ghana-must-go of N100 naira notes.

This would also stop vote buying to a large extent.

One of the most corrupt? How much is the budget allocation for education again? The politicians stealing the bulk of the money should be the ones to blame. This is akin to the case of monkey dey work, baboon dey chop. The educational sector needs a more robust budget to match what is obtainable globally, otherwise we'll keep going in circles.

Realistically, majority of the southwest will vote along ethnic and religious lines. Tinubu will get only about 10% votes from the christian population while enjoying at least 60% of the Muslim population.

Muslim population in south west - 40%
Christian population in the south west - 45%

So, in total, Tinubu might get roughly minimum 32% of south west vote.

The remaining 68% will be shared between Obi and Atiku.

If 20% of that population are counted as absent voters, we have 48% remaining.

I predict Obi getting 60% of that remaining 48%.

That means that Obi could get roughly minimum 28.8% of southwest vote.

Atiku and others would share the remaining 19.2%

True I remember those days. But why where anambra people complaing that he was the worst governor they ever had.

I've seen several of those guys online. The truth is that when Peter obi came into government, everything seized to remain the same.

Money stopped flowing through corrupt corridors, bloating of contracts stopped. He changed the mode of revenue collection for the state and put principals in charge of local government that were reporting directly to him.

When these things happened, most of the beneficiaries of corruption in Anambra started to complain.

Even Peter Obi's cooks and those working in the government house started to complain because the budget for the governor was drastically reduced.

In fact, that was one of the reasons why he was impeached.

People who had no jobs and we're depending on government money saw shege

That is why those people, their family members and their children came online and started to call Peter Obi names.

But in reality, the people of Anambra loved him passionately up to this day, because his works were visible to the blind and audible to the deaf.

That is why they believe APGA die. Anybody that contest under APGA today in Anambra governorship would surely win.

Soludo tried governorship under PDP but failed woefully.

It was until he rode in the popularity of Peter Obi's APGA that he won the governorship election.

Anambra people don't want to ever go back to the days of PDP godfatherism and rascality. They would rather vote for the APGA they know.

Today, If you bring Tinubu or Buhari to run for Anambra governorship under APGA, they would win with a landslide.

That should tell you the kind of goodwill that Peter Obi brought to governance under APGA.

Peter obi has said it several times that he doesn't want everyone to like him. Some will hate him because he took food off their mouth by closing gaps of corruption in government.

Peter Obi is not in government to be loved. He is in government to use public resources for public good.

I daresay that if and when Peter obi wins the presidency, Nigeria's politics would never remain the same again.

Labor party would become the love child of every Nigerian citizen seeking good governance.

Peter Obi would show Nigerians how a government with conscience looks like, and we'll all enjoy it.

You can see that Peter Obi is having a time of his life, traveling everywhere around the country and talking to people.

Man is not desperate to be president. He is just putting himself forward and leaving the choice for Nigerians. It is for Nigeria's good and Nigerians to vote for what is right, else the carnage continues.

He who has ears, let him hear.

I will advise that you should go and verify the security situation in Anambra before and after Peter Obi took over. Even the billionaire kidnapper called Evans had to japa to Lagos when Anambra was too hot for him and people like him.

Because of Peter Obi, Anambra was the first state that passed the bill of death sentence on kidnappers.

Even up till today, despite the unknown gunmen issue, kidnapping for Ransome is still rare in that state.

Watch a few of his speeches with his Igbo brothers and friends, where he speaks Igbo. That guy is a different animal. Very resilient.

Once Peter Obi is declared President of Nigeria, it is over for corruption in Nigeria in the nearest future.

Peter Obi was still leading between November 30 and December 27.

Never was there a time when Bola Tinubu was leading in the amount of Google searches in Nigeria.

I just read a Nairaland thread saying that Tinubu was the most searched Presidential Candidate on Google.

I think we need to start defining what we mean when someone is single or not single. Many women are just wasting away all in the name of relationships that have no defined objective.
