U can start lookin at unripe plantain, fish stew or sauce wit brown rice, ukwa, red beans, acha(hungary rice)hah evn stomach tins pepper soup ...errr I know dias no sense in wat I js said, lol, I know, bt sis dats all I can tink of, I love naija die. Bt dia was a time I substituted eba wt semo or corn flour n I started feeling lighter. My dear I still eat carbs o bt js I cooking spoon no more.

Hey sisters we are told to run from carbs that it is bad for pcos,but with the current typical Nigerian foods do U think is it possible,cos I don try and try.except say na only beans person go dey eat.

And miracles abound in our lives. I tell you almost all of us then have one miracle or the other. I think they need to arise giants on this thread again.

We had Moses then, they have received and moved on to other threads. Let there arise a Joshua to take on.

Let the list begin to reduce by divine visitation. Over 200 on the list is way too high.

May God open the floodgates of heaven and pour out babies into your homes in Jesus name. Let the list be swept by the Holy Spirit in Jesus name.

Even Jesus said, some things can only be done by adding fasting to our prayers. Yes, though faceless, we did it then, you all can also do it again.

Can't really say but it should be about 5 days to my period and it continued till I went to the hospital and was told I had infection which needed to be treated 'aggressively' but I thank God I decided to do a pt at home which showed positive.
