I LOVE GOODLUCK JONATHAN. |
APC JUST HAVE PROPAGANDA , THIS RALLY IS NOT SHOWN OR PUBLICIZED ON RADIO OR TV, UNLIKE IF IT'S APC RALLY BUT WE KNOW PROPAGANDA DON'T WIN ELECTION. |
Amaechi: They are consulting with their Lawyers. That boy you were drinking MOET with at your swimming pool in Bourdillon is coordinating it. Tinubu: You mean Femi? Amaechi: Yes. We warned you about him but you never listened. Tinubu: I never knew he was a mole then. Now my eyes are clear. After drinking my expensive MOET he is now working against me. What else did they tell you? Amaechi: After they conclude their legal consultation, they would know whether or not to approach the court for PERJURY against Alhaji as an individual and not as our party's presidential candidate. Tinubu: So the whole crime does not affect our party? Amaechi: They assured me that our party would not be affected in any way because Alhaji knowingly lied on oath as an individual and at his own discretion, in order to defraud our party in particular and Nigeria in general. Tinubu: So his offence is personal to him. Maybe our party can even sue Alhaji for bringing our name into disrepute and seek for compensation. Akande: Yes. I think we can sue Alhaji. But that is not necessary for now. We must fight this case with him. Tinubu: Bisi, I will come back to you later. My friend Rotimi, so we can replace Alhaji with another candidate? Amaechi: Yes we can replace Alhaji. But there is a second independent case which affects you, Asiwaju, personally. Asiwaju: The Oluwole certificate? Amaechi: Yes. They might take that up as well, only if our party refuse to step down. Osinbajo also tweeted fake pictures of Kano campaign rally. Tinubu: Yes, I am aware. Amaechi: That boy that sleeps on internet 24hours, Reno, discovered that the picture was Reinhard Bonnke crusade which was done long time ago in Ogbomosho and not our rally in Kano. Buhari: Our sins are increasing with time. Even a pastor can descend so low as tweeting fake pictures to deceive innocent Nigerians. Election is not do or die affair. Shikena. Tinubu: Oti o. Tell your brother from Otuoke to please hold on. We can reach an agreement that will protect all affected interests. Akande: Amaechi please speak your language to him ke. Is he not your brother? What is the difference between Ijaw and Ikwerre? Tinubu: Akande is right. In Yorubaland we have Egun people, we have Ilaje people, they do not say they are not Yoruba. We all see ourselves as brothers and sisters. So please talk to your brother. Ask him when they will be available so we can talk. Alhaji Buhari must not go to jail o. Buhari: Please talk to him. You are the closest to him. He is your brother. In the North we have Kanuris, Nupes, Hausas, and we are all brothers, even Tivs, Idomas, and Igalas are all my step-brothers. Akande: Please Rotimi you are our last hope. Do not speak English to him o, he will ignore you. If I need help from Obasanjo I speak Yoruba straight away. He can never refuse me on that level. Tiwan tiwan now. Abi your region do not have a common Language like other regions? Amaechi: Our region is not like your region. Our region is just a political region. We are not brothers. We are not connected in any way. We are different in every possible way. The creation of our region is Nigeria's strategic way of punishing our neighbouring region. Alhaji Buhari knows what I am talking about. Buhari: That is not the issue. Talk to your brother and if he is not your brother like you said then talk to him as your regional brother. I must not go to jail. My people will tear this country into pieces, Walahi Talahi. If at all I must go to jail then Tinubu must go with me. Period. Amaechi: Why? Buhari: Because it was his idea. He advised me to lie on oath. He is also the architect of the Oluwole certificate together with Osimbande.. Akande: Please Rotimi do something ke. Time is going o. A minute can be dangerous o. I am a great grandfather I do not want to go to jail at my age o. |

2.8 BILLION DOLLARS 1978 OIL MONEY WAS TRACED TO GENERAL BUHARI'S MIDLAND NOW HSBC OFFSHORE BANK ACCOUNT THAT WAS WHY HE STRUCK ON DECEMBER 31 1983. Before he became HOS in 1983 he was the General Officer Commanding the 3rd Armoured Division Jos. With armour under your command you could launch coups. Abuja where President Shagari was celebrating the New Year is flat terrain suitable for armoured warfare. But it never came to that. Shagari's regime (1979-1983), incurred Buhari's wrath when it decided to investigate the US$2.8 billion that disappeared from the Midland Bank, London account of the Nigerian National Petroleum Cooperation, (NNPC), during General Obasanjo's era as military head of state that preceded Shagari's. Dr. Olusola Saraki, Turaki of Ilorin, was the majority party leader of the Senate at the time and he headed the Senate Committee set up to trace the stolen money after some three years of clamour for such an investigation by members of the civil society. The money was traced to the Midland Bank London branch fixed account of Buhari, Obasanjo's appointee as military head of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company. The Committee's report was presented to the Senate during the tail end of Shagari's regime in 1983, so the House decided to deal with the matter soon after the 1983 general elections. The attempt at civilian-to-civilian transition provided the fillip for mayhem at the time. The elections were marred by massive rigging because incumbent political office holders were refusing to slacken their stranglehold on Nigeria Plc., mortgaged as the leaders private property. On the 31st December, 1983, Buhari struck under the cover of the political commotion that trailed the presidential election results. Buhari generally had no agenda for leadership but vendetta against those he called critics and rabble-rousers. Buhari did not see any moral wrong in his conversion of our oil money into his personal use. Rather he railed at the press and what he described as the self-righteous sections of the country for making a big deal out of the issue. He locked up without trial, politicians and critics including Fela Anikulapo-Kuti, notorious for clamouring for the exposure of the oil money rogue. Satire saved my neck at the time. Vera Ifudu, who was an NTA reporter then, was sacked through his prodding as military ruler, for reporting what Dr. Olusola Saraki had told her in an interview about how the missing money was traced to Buhari's account at a Midland Bank London branch. Vera eventually won her case of wrongful dismissal in court against the NTA and was financially compensated. Abacha rehabilitated Buhari with the chairmanship of the Petroleum Trust Fund (PTF) before he (Abacha) died in 1998. When Obasanjo returned to power in May 1999 as civilian president, he found that over 2.5 billion naira had not been properly accounted for in the PTF and that there was not much on the ground to show for the colossal expenditure the agency was claiming. On the day Obasanjo announced the scrapping of the PTF, a non-staff brother-in-law of the boss, allegedly serving as his conduit on some PTF projects, died suddenly from what appeared to be heart failure. Haruna Adamu, who was appointed by Obasanjo to investigate the PTF before finally consigning it to the dung heap, allegedly quickly pocketed one hundred million naira of PTF's money before operating table could be set up for him, thus forcing Obasanjo to hurriedly close the place down without further investigations. Buhari has been trying desperately since to return to power, perhaps to get a chance to shred the PTF documents? blackCITIZEN:Blind man would change from bad to worse Buhari stole more that anyother Nigeria buhari-stole-more-than-any-nigerian/ CONTINUITY. Question marks In fairness, some of us have known this all along. Under Buhari’s watch as Petroleum Minister in the late 1970s, $2.8 billion (worth billions of naira today) was missing from the NNPC account. The matter was subject to Senate investigation under the chairmanship of Olusola Saraki in 1983. But before the report could be dealt with, Buhari conveniently overthrew the Shagari government in a military coup d’état. Vera Ifudu, an NTA newscaster, revealed that Saraki told her in an interview that the missing money was traced to Buhari’s account at Midland Bank in London. For this disclosure, Vera was summarily sacked by the NTA. However, she appealed against her dismissal in court and won. She even received a handsome financial compensation for wrongful dismissal from the NTA. Instead of clearing his name as a man of integrity, Buhari refused to appear before the Oputa Panel set up to look into the matter (among under things) by the Obasanjo administration. http://blogs.premiumtimesng.com/?p=165899

*******It hurt them you ended their subsidy fraud******** **You sold off NEPA and ended their fraudulent NEPA contracts. **You removed ghost workers from civil service and reduce their wealth. **You refused to renew their oil blocks license they shared among themselves. **You handed NPA verification to a third party and eliminated port frauds. **It hurt them you stopped the bootlegging in fertilizer distribution. **You hurt them by making sure they don't hoard petroleum product and Nigerians will sleep at filling stations while they make astronomical profits. **You pinched them where it hurt most by making sure elections are free and fair & they can't impose their candidates on us. **You hurt the cabal by looking into their face and telling them no sir. **We know Tinubu, Amaechi, Rochas & co. don't love Nigeria more than us. **We know GMB is not a man of integrity and strict to what he believes. But we also know those pushing him have a hidden agenda. They have bullied you, lied against you, insulted you and made Nigeria insecure just to get back to business as usual. But I promise you sir, they will not bully our votes, we will go to the poll blindfolded for you. For their peace will be too costly! No Vacancy...!!! GEJ 2015 - 2019 |

group of lawyers under the aegis of Coalition of Concerned Lawyers of Nigeria has called on the Inspector General of Police to immediately investigate a case of perjury and certificate forgery made against the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Gen Muhammmadu Buhari, and prosecute him if found wanting to preserve the integrity of the 2015 electoral process. Addressing a press conference in Abuja, the leader of the Group, Dr Amaechi Nwaiwu, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), said having relied on the school certificate in an affidavit sworn to at an Abuja High Court on the 24th of November last year, Buhari is duty bound to personally present the certificate to INEC or face the consequences spelt out by the law for perjury. While picking holes in the statement of result published by the Government College, Katsina last week, the legal practitioners said the content of the document does not support the enlistment of Buhari into the military and that the APC candidate appears to have criminally concealed the fact that he failed Mathematics in view of the fact that it was a requirement for his commissioning into the Nigerian Army officers’ cadre. According to the organisation, the fact that the documents presented contains some alterations raises more suspicion which must be probed by the police in fulfilment of its duties as prescribed by Section 214 of the Nigerian Constitution. Amaechi posited that Nigerians have a duty to demand that those who seek public offices are qualified and abide by the provisions of the constitution and other laws of the land of the institution of governance must be protected from abuse. In his words: “The Federal Republic of Nigeria is a state based on the principles of democracy and social justice where sovereignty belongs to the people from whom Government, through the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, derives all its power and authority.” The coalition said a matter such as whether a candidate possesses minimum qualification for the Presidency is beyond partisan politics and must be conclusively proved and that “where someone swears to an affidavit, he puts himself to the public as being able to prove his aver nets.” http://www.businesstodayng.com/perjury-forgery-lawyers-demand-buharis-prosecution/ |
