Peisero has not introduced anything new into the mediocre super eagles team. We have Nigerians playing and some scorring in European championships like the Europa League, conference league etc. But he keeps bringing the same set of players. We don't have forceful attacking midfielders. We need to address the midfield otherwise they'll be little the attackers can do

Romance / Am I Just Imagining Things by jasena: 2:23am On Feb 04, 2023
There's this lady I recently started hanging out with. I overheard someone who didn't know I knew her telling another person how this lady 'hustles' in one of the popular bars/clubs in town. So I asked her and she denied. But recently while hanging out together, I saw a video of a stripper livestreaming in her phone beckoning on people to attend a strip party. I have never been to a strip party before let alone having the contacts or links to strip party. I tried to ask her about it and she said it is livestreaming from a strip lounge in high brow area in town. My question is could she be one.of them or a sexual hustler?

[quote author=ValCon888 post=118030131]The first mistake you made was to show him you're afraid of him. He used that fear to force you to make the second mistake of paying him the 200K.

You are very right. Can't imagine how a Lagosian like myself will be guilty of this mistake.

Legally you are not even obligated to pay him the 200K. But you paid him out of fear. Well the same fear obligates you to pay the balance because we are no longer talking legality but fear. Just as people are not legally obligated to pay kidnapers but pay!

Please let's talk legality, do I have the rights to refuse to pay the 150k on the grounds that I will pack out?

The man thinks that because I don't have a family then I have nothing to do with money and therefore he can exploit me. If I have to add the handouts I give him when he complains about one problem or the other then it would be another story. Also he is a weed and cocaine smoker.

Guys thank you for your insightful opinions. I agree I made a mistake. But now I'm willing to resist him come what may as per the 150k balance. But I want to know if I'm on my right. Can the new agreement be disregarded on the grounds that I don't wish to continue the tenancy after the expiration of my rent paid so far?
Properties / My Landlord Pressurising Me To Pay Upfront by jasena: 5:10am On Nov 01, 2022
I moved into a one bedroom flat which I paid 350k per annum. At the expiration of my rent I told the landlord ( actually the son of the landlorl) I was going to packout as I am expecting to be transferred at my workplace. He insisted that I should pay him a years rent again, when I get transferred he will refund my money. He sounded desperate and confrontational, so for sale of peace having heard he is a cultist, I paid him 200k and he wrote an agreement that I will balance 150k by the end of the next month (November) which I signed. But I later confirmed that I will be transferred away to another state sooner than I had expected.

I have informed him I won't pay up the 150k balance as I intend to packout after the 200k I paid him elapses. But he insist that because I signed the agreement I must abide by it as he will refund my money incase I leave ( I know he is lying).

Am I obligated to pay the balance even when I don't intend to stay another complete year in his house having signed the agreement?

An average Nigerian gal has body count above 250 before she gets to 30... That's even for the saints type.

This is fact, not to be disproved. Do you know how many guys ask for our numbers a day, do you know how many we find adorable and would want to befriend. Do you know how hard it is to resist some guys ?

Do you know our greatest weapon is secrecy, that no man should know how shameful we have turned out to be with our body counts.

This is a fact, u can ask ur honest sister.

250? Are you sure? What will be left for the future hubby? And then they will wear white gown on the wedding day as if they are clean

Please someone conversant with Peugeot 508 should kindly advice me on whether it's wise to swap the Camry for the Peugeot 508. Thanks

Sabaly didn’t play at the afcon ,he just returned back from a long term injury

Liverpool beat porto suddenly zaidu is a very bad player ,I don’t know what brought club football to national team ,you must be so confused ,David alaba is a very poor player because Barca violated him ,most of you guys are very funny ,I am sure you are a livescores merchant and speaking out of anger

Diallo is a confirm bench warmer at Psg remember ,not saying he is a bad player sha

Thanks for revealing your beer parlour style

Your defense didn’t cost you the World Cup but here you are capping

Which best attacker has sabaly and ballo toure played against ? You just exposed your poor knowledge about the game because of anger ,you won’t even blame the right players because of sentiments

Rest man as you know nothing about football ,you can keep disgracing yourself as few others have been
doing ,most of you are worst than the comments I do read from complete sports to crack me up grin
If you contest the fact that the current crop of super eagles players are very average then you are the one guilty of beer parlour analysis. Did you follow the super eagles during Afcon 94 or Atlanta 96? and even Afcon 2000 If not please watch their clips and go back and watch the Ghana/Nigeria playoffs. This is the worst Nigerian team I've seen. I had emphasized that the defense was filled with people that haven't played football for the past two months except saidu and bassey. But the defense isn't the reason Nigeria lost. The reason they lost to a very weak Ghanian team was due to the clueless decisions of the coach, the goalkeeping (no professional goalkeeper should had been scored by a direct ball he could have simply kicked away), and the midfield. He didn't feature any creative or attacking midfielder and at a point fielded four attackers at a time. Who does that in modern football? Ghana wanted it more and hired premier League and bundesliga based technical advisor and coach respectively. These are just facts. Nigeria didn't do her homework and expected to wni. I had earlier predicted Nigeria's loss not that I wanted my country to lose but was only being objective, as a realist I have deceiving myself .
Between the Senegalese team totally outclasses the Nigerian team in terms of stars. That's why oliseh has predicted that they may win the world cup even though I don't see them topping their group. They will compete with Qatar second for place in their group. And definitely an African team won't win

Hello house kudos to everyone for keeping things moving just finished drying my cry from last week grin
Osimhen is a very talented footballer with huge potential but his unguarded social media posts hurling insults have no justification whatsoever. Yes Ikpeba was selective in who he was trying to criticize but the content of the criticism was fair and didn't deserve that kind of uncouth reaction. The young man needs to do better not just on the field but in the way he controls his emotions.
Intelligent post. His EMOTIONS. His success and the indispensable nature he seems to be having in the super eagles has gotten to his head. Even in the pitch he was always excited, laughing and carried away with emotions as if the game revolves around him. He tried to impress with those bicycle kicks. Now he is presenting same emotions on social media. When Nigerians were sentimentally wailing the absence of osimhem,Dennis and igalo at afcon,I had remarked that even if they were present, it wouldn't had changed much.

Apart from few monikers here who are blinded with sentiments and double standards nobody will dare put osimhen at the same level with mane auba mahrez

And I disagree with you saying he was feeling like a big boy ,Victor is not such type of player ,he is a hard worker

Because naija didn’t go to the World Cup then automatically naija doesn’t have the best talents in African football anymore ,calm down with your beer parlour analysis
Do we have the best players in Africa? How old were you when Nigeria last won the African footballer of the year in 1999. Look at the sengalese team ...most of them playin the UCL some of won it.
Do you know how to analyse? What way does Nigeria have the best players in Africa? Name one of them that is currently playing in the champions League let alone one of them that has ever featuresd in the UCL semi finals.
I maintain that Nigeria doesn't have the best players in Africa, igalo, Musa, etebo, etc?

Footballers like ekong, balogun and ndidi put up good display in national colours, really a pity they won't be going to the world cup. I admired the confidence with which ekong stood up for the penalty kick. I think oshimem is overhyped and not at the level of Mahrez, abubakar, sadio mane , aubameyang etc. He was feeling like a big boy on the pitch in the final play off against Ghana, always animated or excited, tried to score in flashy styles to show oshimem is back, instead of keeping a level head when taking his chances. He missed several chances in which he should have tried to be less acrobatic and just target the net with precision. The fact is that Nigeria no longer have the best talents in African football

Even a novice would have known after that afcon 2021 that eguavon was not right. When I emphasized this, someone scolded me and was making reference to the group stage victories of afcon and I could just wonder how shallow one could be in thinking. Tactically eguavon is terrible. Nigeria doesn't want to spend money and bring seasoned coaches. Nff should be overhauled. It is a failing system at the moment. Pinnick should be sent out. Even cameroun appointed people who have earned the right to be at the helm of their football development..eto and rigobert song. Who is Pinnick?

One thing that surprises me with Nigerians is that they will support a particular person as most of them insisted on Eguavon as coach even after afcon 2021. If you give reasons why it shouldn't be their popular choice they will call you names and insult you. Afterwards the same Nigerians will be the ones condemning the same person they supported when the person fails. We see this in football (i.e coach), politics( presidential candidate), etc the most vocal yet sentimental people on earth. The people really deserve the leaders they get They seem to think emotionally and not logically

Why should eguavonnbe allowed to go back to the position of technical advisor after taking a critical task of qualifying Nigeria to the world cup which he wasn't competent for?
Amaju Pinnick has been around too long I think he should give others the opportunity to prove themselves
Cameroun appointed a distinguished ex footballer as their soccer federation chairman, I don't know which club ipinnick played for in the past

Like I earlier asked before the match, why can't Nigeria also sign a coach with top coaching exposure on the top 5 league or a technical director of such capacity? Is it a question of money? Enough with all this mediocre coaches. What you put in determines what you get out.

Moses Simon isn't a good player, too predictable, holds on too much to the ball. Lookman who won us the penalty was far better than Simon, but he was substituted for Simon early into the second half. Akinkunmi amoo was never introduced to beef up the midfield bit at a time he played Sadiq, Musa, igalo and osimhem together, who will pass the ball to them?

It is people with similar mentality and iq like you that are response for the disgrace Nigeria has suffered today. You are an illusionist. You dwell on things and hopes that will never happen that don't exist. You lack the ability to logically think and see the end from the beginning. You lack the ability to see the big picture. Complex analysis is beyond your intellectual ability. It is better to be a whining woman who's whining came to past, than to be a day dreamer living on a fools paradise, whose Illogical optimism never materialised. Nigerian coach is clueless. Ghana has a far superior coaching crew and more expensive one, we have no midfield. If you feel that by packing attackers with no creative midfielder is the way to go, then you know nothing about football. Ghana is the weakest team in the playoffs, they haven't won their last 6 matches and will crash out at the first round of the world cup. I'm a realist, Nigeria wasn't prepared to qualify. Why deceive myself. Did Nigeria eventually qualify? It's like a student who doesn't prepare for an exam and yet is hopeful to outperform those doing due diligence
