Wasn't slimming down and then I eventually got sick... I thought it was a regular malaria and I ran a test before treatment. It showed little malaria and typhoid.... Treated and I was still very down.

Then I was hospitalised and then after series of test, I was diagnosed of Hypovolemia.

I refused to take pines of blood and resorted to eating food that will will replenish within a short while.

Point is.... If you're slim, you can keep fit only when you have enough diets and ones you take supplements, you will not even fill slim and lightweight but heavy.

People exercise for different reasons, and there are workouts which address specific or individual needs.

There are workouts that will transform a slim person into a beefy well muscled individual if coupled with the right diet.

Research this... There are exercises and dietary regimen reserved for footballers, while there are different ones for Rugby players and wrestlers.

Messi or Ronaldo can't do exercises and eat meals meant for basketballers or UFC fighters.

Working out has a restriction and it requires mental readiness and physical balancing.

Also, there's a difference between being slim and being physically fit.

Athletes undergo physical fitness exercise to ascertain their readiness.... And they retire when they're not physically fit. But you might be wondering why a footballer retires at a young age.

I will tell you that, if that dude was mentally and physically ready, he'd still be alive today.
