PoliticsRe: Presidency: I am Not Eyeing Tinubu’s Job in 2027 – Ganduje by JASONjnr(m): 9:06pm On Aug 18, 2024
If at all anybody from the north that could easily win election should be Zulum....

The likes of Ganduje and Elrufai will never win election because of their dirty politics of dividing the people from their region.

The day a government will take serious action on the oil sector is the day Nigerians will benefit from it's natural resources.

Sadly, this will never be possible under Tinubu who's been alleged on the maltagate saga. And every media house across Nigeria isn't doing enough investigation to fish the truth behind it....

Anyway, the only resources we are holding unto is the oil and a few people are the ones benefiting from it rather than a whole country.

PoliticsRe: Court Ask EFCC To Prevent Beer Bottles Destruction, Says It's Economic Sabotage by JASONjnr(m): 8:10am On Aug 18, 2024
FreeStuffsNG:
I think the Hisbah should confiscate and fine the culprits heavily then handover the bottles to NAFDAC.

To destroy such huge number of bottles itself costs a lot of money so this argument is weak since they are equally expending resources to destroy the bottles.
May God bless Nigeria for ever! Check my signature for free stuffs!
Why should a sane person consficate a beer? Isn't that also an economic sabotage?

These people smoke and sniff all kinds of substances, but their only problem is beer and not cocaine or cigarettes or Igbo.
FamilyRe: My Sister Has Been Finding It Difficult To Forgive Our Aunt. by JASONjnr(m): 8:18am On Aug 17, 2024
Sonnobax15:
Good day Nairalanders.....Hope everyone of you here is fine and doing just great?

Well, there's a situation my siblings and I have found ourselves in presently.......It's been 19 years since we lost our mom and those years were really hectic years for us,due to the circumstances surrounding her death because she was murdered................But somehow, God came to our rescue and we've all grown now cheesy

Before my mom's death, she had a sister who was her only blood sister, tho they had other step siblings...... Honestly,as I kid,I remembered how many times my mom tried to resolve the dispute between she and her only blood sister but all were to no avail.....She(my aunt) was hell-bent on the fact that she'd rather die than to settle things up with my mom.......Even in her death bed,i remember how my elder sister went to inform my aunt about our mom's situation and everything that led to what happened to her,but she gave deaf ears and even chased my sister away.....

I was only a little boy then, but I remembered every single thing that transpired then ..

Now here's the problem.........My aunt has been on our necks, begging us to forgive her......There was a time we were invited to our maternal home for a family meeting, and my aunt happened to be around.....She knelt and was weeping and begging us to forgive her....... Personally, I'm a soft-hearted person and I've toured my heart to see if I could forgive her and I think I'm about to let bygones be bygones.......But my other siblings especially my elder sister has sworn never to forgive her grin. Tho I've tried to talk to my sister but she has vehemently refused never to forgive her .....My other uncles have summoned another meeting but my sister has vowed to ignore their calls.......

Should my sister be blamed for finding it hard to find a place in her heart to forgive my Aunt, considering the fact that she's a Christian?

Or make everybody just mind him business just like we've been doing over the years? grin

The matter just tire me I swear but it's all good tho..
Thing is, maybe, there's something your mum did to her sister that she couldn't forgive her.... And probably your mum seeking for her forgiveness and to resolve issues between them.

Your sister has every right to exclude herself from building any relationships with your aunt.

No, he meant that, finding a saint in today's Nigeria is like, finding a mosquito with big brokos.
FoodRe: Agbado Wedding: Guests Served Corn And Pear At Wedding (Video) by JASONjnr(m): 8:00am On Aug 17, 2024
Beremx:
That's a nice one. Corn and pear are seasonal. You don't get to eat it everytime. Besides both are expensive now. A pear goes for between 100 to 200naira in Lagos. You can't even get a fat corn for 200naira. It's from 400naira and above. So each plate of the corn and pear is served in the wedding is approximately 1k. Oh I see coconut there too. Coconut is also very expensive.

I prefer corn and coconut eaten together. Very yummy grin grin
I am happy that Nigeria is gradually printing it's footprints in the world, creating awareness for its meals. Very soon, the whole world will recognise Nigeria meals as international cuisine.
Jollof and Egusi is already close to that...

PoliticsRe: North Has Tolerated Too Much Poverty And Corruption - Kashim Shettima by JASONjnr(m): 1:02pm On Aug 14, 2024
Lol....

The problem of Nigeria is the North.

They seems to have a born-to-rule mindset and that everything about the country should be to their own favour.

They kicked GEJ out of office because they believed he was giving all his attentions to the easterners. But they forgot that he needs much more for them. They elected Buhari who was just a president for the north and nothing more. Did nothing, performed poorly and dominated the seat without offering anything or made a significant change to development and no northerner protested.
PoliticsRe: Has Council Of State Ever Passed A Vote Of No Confidence On Any President? (pic) by JASONjnr(m): 12:55pm On Aug 14, 2024
What do you expect from a country where all heads of MDAs are appointed by the president...?

But we have a civil service commission, that should produce persons to head it's ministries.... But rather, those are created for president to compensate it's political allies and supporters.

Abeg, let that guy come back and face the government and answer to all the crimes he's been committing.... The lives he's claimed so far.

How can a group of people who develop people's state not be reasonable enough to think but take directives from someone very far from them.?

Ekpa will not like himself in kirikiri.
PoliticsRe: UNICEF Raises Alarm Over Increasing Rate Of Out-of-school Children In Ekiti, Oyo by JASONjnr(m): 12:43pm On Aug 14, 2024
I watched a video where a white guy mentioned tactics by the European government using UNICEF and world bank to infiltrate Africa to steal and render the country useless by initiating activ8of financial aids and other aids....

Ever since I came I to the realisation that this was factual, I stopped worrying about the Nigerian government and it's politicians as they're controlled by the whites. Especially the president.... They decide who should lead the country.
PoliticsRe: "How APC Sucked Kano Treasury Dry" - Dan Bello (Video) by JASONjnr(m): 12:32pm On Aug 14, 2024
But the Nigerian people decided to focus all their attentions on the president while all the state governors keep living like overfed cows!

Until we decide to hold all our elected political officers to account... We'll never get it right.

As an indigene, you can't freely visit a senator representing you in Abuja. Or a house of representative to explain your challenges to them.

There's no platform to reach them, but they're paid constituents allowance for them to give to the people.... Rather, they use it to eat and get fat.

So, these little boys are kidnappers? In 5 years to come, Northern Nigeria will be a no-go zone.
It wouldn't be anybody's problem tho...

But after the rot, they will blame it on the president.

These activities also affect the food prices in the country.

Nobody cares if Lagos will hold the protest or not.... But the real people experiencing hunger and bad governance will go out to express their grievance to the greedy leaders....
PoliticsRe: People That Will Join Hunger And Hardship Protests by JASONjnr(m): 8:41am On Aug 01, 2024
Whether you're affected or not.... The unity of this protest is to ensure a better governance and to also ensure that the leaders don't take the masses for granted......

By the time the people pass this message to the leaders, both present and incoming leaders will have to access their policies before Implementing them.

PoliticsRe: EFCC Grills NAHCON Chairman Over Alleged Misappropriation Of 2024 Hajj Fund by JASONjnr(m): 2:11am On Jul 31, 2024
Let me tell you this for free......

There are many agencies of the government that their salaries are different from other agencies and people really do not care about it because it has to be CBN or NNPC or FIRS.

You see this Hajj commission?

Their salaries and allowances are huge, especially those assigned to Hajj during the Hajj period... They get paid in Naira or Dollar.

To get a job there is as hard as getting a job in CBN.

Tell me why won't there be corruption in agencies where only the rich have their kids there and money's pump into such agencies and non is generated from there....

I'm very certain that... Anyone who tries to take food away from another person's mouth, will surely not have it easy....

Abel took away so many of these people's blind followers away and reduce their weekly earnings.....

Imagine people who used to count 1,000,000 weekly from both offerings and tithes.... Where tithes seems to be bigger than offeringz. As people pay based on percentage of their monthly wages.....

And someone come out to say that the tithe is nothing to worry about... By so doing, reduces the 1,000,000 to 200k or even 50k...

Expect steady fight back and criticism.

Probably reduced the number of officers guiding a silly politician. As a whole majority of them took to their heel and fled the country with their families......

So the orderlies who were not adding any value to them were called back to go and shoot protesters at will.....

Maybe, we should just normalize baby-mama and baby-daddy thing... Coz tolerance needs to be studied before anyone seek for marriage.
