Oga, your case is psychological, it happens to people who watch alot of adult movies. Secondly to some special people when they use latex. Does it happen when you go flesh to flesh? Some people are not just cut out for the whole latex thingy. I don't think anybody will wanna insult you right now, make your temper no rise. Lol. On a serious note, it's more of a psychological thing. If you see yourself on par with the people around you, you are guaranteed to get angry. But if you see yourself above them, or below them, you will see yourself overlooking alot of things.

For example, the same thing a policeman will do and get lynched on the street, a soldier will do it and people will just give him his space. Cos you know his crase pass your own. Same thing, a drunk or mad man says Somtin, you overlook it, but a sane person says and you choking him on the throat.

I have learnt not to expect much from people, so that when they do well, I'll be pleasantly surprised and grateful. And when they don't, It will just be as I expected. This helps me overcome alot of incidents that naturally shud have made me angry.

If money was not an issue, I think the area of agriculture I would go into is the leasing, sales and development of farm technolgy. Ranging from tractors to irrigation units to green houses e.t.c. Alot of people are moving into agribusiness and mostly without the right tools or places to purchase or lease them. Most still practising archaic agriculture.

It's not advisable to seek problem with "area boys" especially if you plan to run a profitable business there. Depending on what the money is for shaa. Settle them and they don't only leave you alone but also look after ur investment for You. Refuse to settle and they would bring the thiefs to ur place or even steal it themselves or overlook when the thief comes. But if you are from the area, at least you shouldn't worry about all that.
