Wait till you see the Americans advice to GEJ on wikileaks concerning oil production in Nigeria. With the festering crisis among the northern tribes, it will be very difficult for them to come together for now to pose a real threat to GEJs ambition.

I live in Addis Ababa and tipping is a normal thing here. Its not a compulsion but everyone, everywhere does it.

I think its because our country is not driven by service. People do their jobs like they are being forced to do it. The customer is not treated as the king he is. There have been many instances where customers and waiters/waitresses have exchanged words. I think thats bad for business.

Then, the bank's PROFIT will be added to the actual loan and the method of loan repayment will be worked out like when to start repayment, how much and the duration.
Here comes the Unique and the most Beautiful aspect of the Islamic Banking: If your investment or whatever you used the loan for turns out bad, the bank will share your loss! Can you beat that? That's Islam for you. It's just a pity that the extremists are giving Islam a bad face. I'm happy to be a Muslim.

Nigeria is a circular state. An Islamic bank will mean a bank to be staffed by Muslims and serving the the interest of Muslims only (you all know Muslims always consider faithfuls firsts) while enjoying Federal Financial incentive and structure while also running the risk of empowering good Muslims who support Jihad in Nigeria.
